We Buy Any Car® USA - Cranberry Township, PA Recensioni

I had a great experience at the Cranberry location. Steve did an excellent job of walking me through the process, giving me a fair price, and completed the whole process in a very timely manner. Thank you Steve.

It could have been a bit better with a few Hundred more in the check but I got the car sold is what I wanted . Very professional in the office polite and concerned with MY NEEDS, Check was in hand within 35 minutes, and they even got me an UBER ride home so I di not have to walk home in the cold or disrupt my family for a ride or wait for someone to get off work and lose money.

Simple process done with great efficiency.

Extremely helpful

The process was explained well and was easy. Stephan, the branch manager, was very helpful and very thorough. We feel that we received a fair offer for our vehicle.

I was very impressed with how easy and fair this was to sell my car. I was not looking forward to strangers coming to my home and test driving my car. So I decided to give "we buy any car" a shot. I am so glad I did. It was so easy and they gave me the price I was hoping to get. I will recommend them in the future to friends and family.

I feel that the demand for a power of attorney is ridiculous, and the fact that the notarization process is absolutely fraudulent is a MAJOR issue to me. (They have the customer sign documents that require a notary stamp and then have their notary put the stamp on the documents later.)

Edit regarding reply: Just going to ignore the bigger issue, there, about falsely notarizing documents??

Matt was very pleasant and made the whole transaction easy

Smooth and straight forward was appreciated

We were really disappointed by the value of our car, but he went through each picture and explained every step they'd have to go through to fix the car. Taking the time and going through all of that made us understand the evaluation better and I appreciated that. The other companies we had contacted gave us low values with no explanation.

Stephen was helpful and kind. I thought the price offered to sell my car was about $200.00 below Blue Book, but that was okay. Stephen was quick, efficient and made a sad experience bearable.

"We Buy Any Car" gave me the best offer for my vehicle and there were no surprises. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or trade-in a vehicle.

Honest, friendly and efficient. Offer was 25% higher than dealer trade offer and the same as an offer I received from local used car dealer. I chose WBAC because the employee, Matt, was honest and helpful

The person we dealt with really made it easy and was able to get us what we were originally offered.

The process was easy and Steve was a pleasure to work with in the pour down rain

The whole experience was quick and simple and I got the sale price that I was quoted.

It was as easy and efficient as possible. Great customer service and follow up.

The salesman made it a great experience. Explained everything very well. Gave me the exact price they quoted me at and what i wanted.

The buyer was here as scheduled on time. The process was smooth and very clear. I received a reasonable offer for my 14 year old car
