Danny was polite and professional. However, during the paperwork process of selling, the odometer reading was supposed to be left blank and filled in at a later date. There should not be any blanks on a legal form. Also it would be nice to have a TV in the waiting area, as the initial evaluation of your vehicle is approximately one hour. Danny did offer a complementary uber ride home. That was a nice ending.

Everything was great, smooth transaction we had a leased vehicle that we sold. Danny took care of everything, very kind, clear and detailed in the process. The payment made to the finance company was in less than a week, superb experience overall, highly recommend.

Starting with the website, I filled out my vehicle information, and I did have to provide an email, in order to see their initial valuation, although they showed my the valuation right away on-screen, but also in the email they also sent. The website was straightforward, easy to use, not overly flashy, I liked it. The survey questions for the condition of the car are very brief, can't really capture everything going on with your car, as a result the valuation they gave me was quite a bit more than it actually turned out being. In my case, I knew their valuation was overly optimistic, but I could see people getting mislead or getting their hopes up by that, so keep that in mind. After seeing the valuation online, I clicked to make an appointment at a nearby office. It asked for my phone number, sent me a code to the phone, but then the website wouldn't let me plug the code in, some glitch, so I had to call the phone number it provided. After a short wait, I spoke with a friendly operator who facilitated making the appointment for later that same day. At the appointment/location, the prior appointment was taking a bit longer, so I had to wait like 10 minutes past my appointed hour to be attended to, but I had no problem with that. I could see the guy was busy wrapping up with another customer, and he came out right away to greet me and offered water, before going back to wrap up with other customer.
Then, it was my turn. The guy's name was Danny, and he was very easygoing and pleasant and efficient. He did his job with enthusiasm and cheerfulness, which I appreciated. He looked over my car real well, we even took it for a test drive. During his whole inspection, I was present, and he was commenting on the things he saw that were good or bad, in an informative, non-judgemental, way. He spotted an issue I didn't even realize was there, related to some back-end work the prior owner had done. He also took a video recording of the engine running, which they analyze back at the main office. In the end, I didn't get a whole lot for my car, but it had many issues, almost all of which I already knew about, so I wasn't surprised. There is a documentation fee to facilitate the transfer of title, in my case it was $99, I think this price applies to Florida and the value of my car which was low. For other states and higher-value cars possibly it's more. But either way, he was transparent about it, and spoke in terms of both sale price and Net payment to me, after the doc fee, and so I knew what I was agreeing to beforehand, no surprises. Even after taking the doc fee into account, it was a slightly better deal than Carmax was offering (I had taken it to Carmax beforehand). The inspection took like 20 to 30 minutes, and once I agreed to sell it, the paperwork took an additional 15 to 20 minutes. There are quite a few papers to sign, which are all part of facilitating the title transfer. I have high confidence that they handle the paperwork well. Overall, a very good experience.
