I had already researched 6-7 agencies, but I chose to go through webuyanycar.com at 106 Towerview Court in Cary, NC due to the high number of 5 star ratings. Even more impressive were all the well-deserved compliments for their Branch Manager Sahila. I found her to be VERY professional, thorough, patient, pleasant, and efficient. Those are all attributes that Customers might want/need in working with someone when selling their cars. I didn't have a scheduled appointment, and yet she accomodated me. Our transaction was completed in an hour, and I left with a check in my hand. I strongly suggest you contact her BEFORE you make your selling decision!

Appointment was on time and quick. Sahila was very helpful. I had recently replaced the car battery so when running diagnostics they detected an on board diagnostic reset. After I explained the replacement they understood and we negotiated a fair price. Offer was better than other online dealers.

From the moment I called I was greeted with kindness, direction and kindness. This means a lot to me, I needed help with this next step and they did just that! The staff really ... seriously she was great.

Easy, fast transaction. I received about what I expected and I didn’t need to have people come to my house to test, negotiate, etc.

Given a price on line and they try to low ball you when you get there.
My car was clean and in good shape. I had to simply stood by my price and they finally accepted it.
But they will want to feel as if they are doing you a favor when they show you all the money that they are paying in fees

They contacted me, but to ask me why I had left that rewiew. I told them that I had left it before, but apparently it had not gone through.
They seem to try to do something, although after the second emails they stopped communicating—- fwiw. They did not offer me anything and I did not ask for anything. I simply clarified that that was how I felt with the transaction

professionalism , know how, and transparency was missing from the process.
This is the 2nd time I do business with "we buy any cars.com".
the first time, the process was ok, and no problem at all.
this time I did not have a good experience with Sahila Chahabra. she kept lying to me for absolutely no reason . I don't get it.

They were awesome to work with and gave me a reasonable price for my car

Sahila was great! She made the process super easy. Thank goodness for the reminder sign in the office too, helped us remember to grab our garage door opener from the car before we sold it!
