My experience started with a quick response from the online site. I was able to get an appointment on the same day. The appointment was preceded by a phone call from the manager, Antonio, who wanted to make sure I knew where he was located and that I had what I needed to sell my car. I arrived a few minutes late but found Antonio very courteous and professional. He quickly checked out my vehicle and made an offer that we both agreed on.

As far as selling to them, you don't get nearly as much for your car using a middleman, but it is easy. There's a price to be paid for easy, and if you don't want to deal with potentially sketchy people yourself.....this is it. Personally, if my mom's car was worth more than a couple thousand, I would not have gone this route.

The agent who came out was very friendly and personable. Explained what he was doing and the documents that I needed if there was any way while he was doing paperwork and everything he would explain exactly what he was doing and why it may take x amount of minutes which I thought was nice
