I messaged WBI yesterday!

I’d left it last minute to get a gift, despite the short notice he managed to not only get it done the next day for me despite his large workload, he also created the design from scratch.

The workmanship is top quality, the service was excellent and he really went above and beyond when he could’ve easily said it wasn’t possible due to the time constraint.

I will 100% be using WBI again in the future and can’t recommend him enough.

Outstanding customer service and unbelievable workmanship. One of our company logos features fading letters which he reproduced faultlessly. Everyone comments about it when they see the cup.

Ordered a full engraved wrap on a yeti bottle, john was super helpful with sourcing the bottle and helping with the design process. Fantastic communication through out.

What a top bloke - Incredible service, extremely helpful and great comms. Nothing was too much trouble for John and end product was exactly as I had envisaged. Quality engraving and quick turnaround on a Yeti Cup I wanted for my wife with a Xmas design on as a unique travel cup for her.

Excellent engraving service. 100% happy with the results. John was very responsive to my enquiry and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. He went over and above to source two yeti cups in a rare colour to match the design and kept me updated at all times. GoBills!

I have used we burns it for numerous product designs now, from custom logo engraving onto items, to complete design ideas from a can you do this from a photo projects, and every time the customer service has been exceptional with full feedback, questions through the design process, all the way down to the dispatch and quick delivery the whole process has been top tier, and the items I have received are commented on by everyone at just how incredible they are! The quality is incredible, no dodgy lines, no fading, heat damage or sun damage aswel as dishwasher safe too.
