I am using hosting and domain services from Websouls. I requested a change to my primary hosting domain, but despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.

I have tried contacting their support team through the provided phone numbers, but most of the numbers are switched off, and their landline is not functioning properly. On several occasions, when my call connected, the staff disconnected the call without addressing my concern.

What is most disappointing is the difference in customer service before and after payment. When the billing date approaches, their staff contacts customers politely and provides prompt assistance. However, once payment is received, the level of support significantly declines, and customer concerns are largely ignored.

This behavior is highly unprofessional and has caused unnecessary inconvenience. I expect timely support and proper customer service for the services I am paying for.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service provider to others. I believe companies should be judged by the quality of support they provide after receiving payment, not just before. Due to the lack of responsiveness and poor customer service, I would advise businesses and individuals to carefully evaluate their options and consider reputable international providers such as GoDaddy or other established hosting companies that offer reliable customer support and service standards.

Bought their services on Saturday and its sunday they not even respond back just keep sending me unpaid invoice lol.
called them on all provided numbers and they never respond, try to contact online via support but seems their support is 0
If you are serious about your business stay away from them

Pathetic service and Zero professionalism. It feels like I'm talking to pre-programmed bots instead of real human support. They keep repeating the same scripted lines and doing absolutely nothing about my DNS update request. Extremely frustrated with their incompetence. Save your money and stay away from these websites!

Good Service but sometimes, they do not confirm the price charged, means while you paying online via debit/credit card, they will charge more than the actual amount. So, be safe and discuss first.
