This is the worst company I have ever done business with. non responsive. I keep asking who is my domain with never get an answer. Site is down again . No response . never finished web site. but got paid.

I’ll be honest — I was skeptical at first. As a new business owner building my very first website, I wasn’t sure what to expect or how smoothly the process would go. But working with this team quickly put those concerns to rest.

The two people I interacted with were Adam and Ray, and they both made the experience genuinely positive. Adam was excellent at taking my ideas and showing me how they could be brought to life on the website. He offered thoughtful suggestions, explained things clearly, and really helped shape the vision into something professional and polished. Ray was always quick to respond and made sure every question I had was answered. That level of communication and support made a huge difference, and I am truly appreciative of this.

I can honestly recommend Webdesign Maisters not because they are perfect, but because they strive to achieve perfection in what they do. When Ray asked me to leave a review on Trustpilot, I genuinely believed he meant it when he stated, “that my feedback would help them improve their service”.

The atrociously horrendous series of experiences continued for over 1 1/2 years to date.

At first, I was treated well by an Ava Flynn, who disappeared on a "Leave of absence," leaving Solomon Dean in charge. At that point, the engagement became an utter disaster. Nothing was done correctly and just about everything required repetitive instructions, which were all quite detailed.

My photographer eventually became involved, who happened to have ample experience in the areas websitemaisters (one heck of a misnomer in any language) claimed to have expertise in. She was also a witness to most, if not all of this misfeasance and told Solomon that his behavior was unprofessional in writing.

Soloman promised me the date upon which the partial (which should have been full) refund was made to me, as well as, and perhaps more importantly, a link and instructions so that we may edit the site without any further involvement from websitemaisters. To date, neither promise has been kept as the many weeks go by without rhyme or an ounce of reason.

I asked for the name and contact information for the CEO, and was told by Solomon Dean, George West. I have been copying Mr. West as well as my photographer on all correspondence, and have specifically and very clearly demanded the West, the alleged CEO reply. He has not and he must share the blame for what has been going on.

Prior to my retirement, to strictly play professionally as a musician (which has been thwarted by websitemaister's negligence and "couldn't care less" attitude about my project, I was an attorney for over 48 years, as well as a Nationally recognized expert in the fields of quality assurance systems and productivity/perfarmance management.

Websitemaisters is a classic example of how not to treat customers.

Despite the fact that I thought I was dealing with a firm based in Jacksonville, Florida when I hired them, as it turned out, they were in fact a Pakistani outfit. Do a Google search on them and see what you find out.

Never hire these losers if you know what is good for you and your enterprise. A word to the wise. I made a HUGE MISTAKE hiring them and I should have been much more careful finding someone to build my website. "Maisters"? Baloney!

Having been in the research and writing world since 1980 and totally independent, my experience with pay for it publishers has been typically disaster filled.
The experience with Web Design Maisters was for the first time the opposite of that. I asked them to do some SEO work in the back office of the website Thehumanitariancode.net very specifically without changing the appearance of the site as presented to the public--as both the sight and the books on it are inspired content which means I myself do not have permission to change them and therefore cannot provide it to others.

As far as I am concerned, they did an outstanding job exactly as agreed upon.
They have earned my business in the future for the next step promoting the six books on the website and the site itself.
I shall rely upon their advice as to what is the most effective manner to proceed.
