WebsiteChatbot is a chat widget that answers your customers using the content already on your website. You point it at your site and it reads your pages: your services, your prices, your opening hours, your FAQ, your delivery and returns policy. There are no scripts to write and no conversation flows to build. Within a few minutes it can answer the questions you are answering by hand every day. What makes it different from most website chatbots is that it does things rather than only replying. When someone asks about a policy it sends them a button that opens the real page on your site instead of pasting a paragraph. It reads documents visitors upload and answers from them. It books appointments straight into your calendar. It captures the name and email of anyone who asks a question and does not buy yet, so they become a lead instead of a lost visitor. When a customer needs a person, the business owner takes over that same conversation live from their dashboard while the visitor is still on the page. Installation is a single line of code placed before the closing body tag. It works on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace and any site where you can edit the footer, and it takes about a minute. The embed code never changes afterwards, so colours, logo, welcome message and knowledge can all be updated from the dashboard without touching the website again. There is a free plan with no card required, and paid plans for businesses that need more replies, appointment booking, WhatsApp and Instagram buttons and branding removal.

Feels more like a sales assistant than a chatbotWhat surprised me most is that WebsiteChatbot does more than just answer basic questions.
