Would not recommend using, templated designs and the service is not reliable. Live chat person was rude.
They're very rude and all they care about is getting the money from you, once you pay them they stop caring and if you complain to them they simply block you.
If you want to come and visit them you cannot as they have no real locations here, the Melbourne and Brisbane locations they have listed on their websites are not real, if you go there and try to see them face to face they have never heard of the business "website artisans".
They're a bunch of liers as they have listed on their website they have worked with:

But if you contaxct those businesses and asked them if they have ever worked with website artisans they will say they have never heard of them, so they're falsely advertising that they're working with large well known customers just to make you think they're reputable when they're nothing but the opposite.

Go and check the reviews for the names above, they have lots of negative reviews.
When they get negative reviews they close down one website, register a brand new domain name and start operating under that.
On their website they claim to have over 300+ reviews but yet they only have 18 here on TrustPilot and many of their TrustPilot reviews are all posted irecently and within a day a part, which is very suspicious.
Do your background research on them and you will see may other people have had terrible experiences with them and they are connected to many other failed websites.
