Very pleased with the quality of the plant and how quickly it was delivered.

A black bin liner over the pot to keep the water in would of been benificial to transport. Considering the state of the mushy box that the poor woman from the delivery company had to re-tape up to stop it falling apart..

Plants were supplied promptly but we were very disappointed with the quality and size compared with the photos online. We also ordered and asked for a matched pair but received two individual ones that don’t match at all other than they are the same plant. On the basis of this we wouldn’t purchase again or recommend.

Next day delivery. Great packing. High quality plants.

The product was good value for money. The only let down was the delivery courier. I had instructed that the product be delivered on a day that i was at home (all day). This was done but not before they attempted the first delivery a couple of days before. The box looked like it had been through the wars but the plant was fine.

Although delivery was prompt and we were kept informed, the box arrived ripped and half open. Fortunately the plant did not seem to have been damaged

Ordered 3 bay plants - came within a couple of days and unlike other online garden centres the items matched the pictures and were a decent size and healthy.

Nice citrus tree, healthy and attractive, but let down by packaging. Just put in a box with no other protection, so three large fruit had broken in transit and a branch. It will recover but a shame nevertheless. Also I paid extra for gift wrap but it arrived with nothing, which was a shame as was my husband’s birthday present. I emailed to advise of this, but no response from them by the third working day.
