Ordered and received a pair of motorcycle boots from Webbs. On opening, the boots were clearly faulty in that the plastic clip holding one of the cross straps had split making the strap useless. I immediately emailed the company (with photos)and returned the faulty boots as per their instructions. This cost me an additional £10.25 . I had no reply to my email but received another pair of boots as I requested. So basically they sent me a pair of faulty boots and expected me to pay for the pleasure of returning them for a replacement pair. I understand why the policy on returning items is there but surely if you send out a faulty pair it's not the fault of the buyer. A response to my email would have been nice also.

Very good! They didn’t have the brush set that I ordered so sent me a different one with more brushes in at no extra cost!! Emailed me to let me know too. Very fast delivery and kept updated. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again!

Having purchased a bike a short while ago having getting back on bikes after a long absence I have to mention the top class service I experienced with Matt at Peterborough. He was not at pushy and so helpful with my decisions and cannot thank him enough.Have visited Webbs recently and found them seriously lacking. Given up completely now as phoned to discuss booking my bike in for a service and told they were busy and would ring me back. They didn’t after two phone calls !

I live down South in Surrey and recently found a bike I wanted that Webbs had in store as an ex demo. They sold the bike to me and sent me a walk around video at my request. I had to call the dealership a few times and everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful, no matter what department answered the phone. The bike was couriered to my home address in a van and that company were also tip top. Special thanks to Andy Gillman who dealt with me and gave me a follow up call to check all was ok. Highly recommended. I’ll pop in one day to say hi! Thanks again.

I bought a Scorpion Exo Flip Front Carbon Fibre Helmet just over a year ago and not sure what happened but the hinge on the left side malfunctioned. I rang Webb's and they were more than accomodating, Brandon in the clothing department said, send it back and first we will send it to our suppliers to see if it can be fixed and if not we will send you a replacement.
Well just over a week later they emailed me to say the helmet was fixed and it would be out for delivery the next day. Sure enough it arrived this morning how's that for service. Oh and one more thing, the Scorpion Helmet has a five year guarantee which I didn't realise at the time of purchase, so all in all I would like to say thanks once again to Webb's of Peterborough for there outstanding service, it makes a refreshing change in these challenging times.

We have been satisfied customers of Webbs in Lincoln for a few years now. Recently my husband had a medical emergency half way through a ride out and had to be admitted to hospital; his new T120 had to be left unattended in a public car park 15 miles away from Webbs. Whilst I was worrying about my husband, I asked Webbs for help and without hesitation or delay, they collected the bike and kept it safe - giving me one less thing to worry about at an awful time. My husband is now out of hospital and we are both sincerely grateful to Webbs. Excellent customer service at all times - but even more appreciated in our hour of need. Thank you.

I bought a Triumph Trophy Se from Webb’s in Peterborough. The bike arrived yesterday. The whole process was done online, over the phone. In terms of communication, videos, photos, questions answered, they were very helpful and knowledgable. I was also very happy about their willingness to negotiate on price and I was very happy with the final outcome. Both Ryan and John who I dealt with were very professional and helpful, keeping me fully informed at all stages. I am delighted with the bike and have no hesitation in recommending Webbs to anybody looking to buy a bike.

went to webbs peterborough with the intentions of buying a yam tmax 560 tech 2020 model none available till early next year so i ended up buying one from chorley preston ,i had to wait 3 weeks as it had to come from abroad,very impressed with it, reached the 600miles so a running in oil change was required.
as chorley is 2 1/2 hours away i was intending to use webbs to service it ,when i spoke to webbs i was asked did you buy it from us i said no you didnt have one,and was quoted £199 for the service .i then rang webbs lincoln and was asked did you buy it from us and was qouted £199 ,i rang back and asked how much would the service cost had i bought it from webbs and was quoted £150 for the same service. i rang chorley yamaha to find out what the charge was and was quoted £115 ,readers come to your own conclusion if i could give a minus star i would

Without doubt a fantastic company to deal with. I purchased a used Triumph Tiger 800 without even going to see it. Great images and information provided by Andy in sales. They were exceptional in dealing with my many emailed requests for information and additional images of the bike. Placing a deposit and arranging the balance was straight forward with no hassle, as was the delivery from Lincoln to York which was arranged by Andy. All went perfectly well. Even though these guys are not local to me, I will use them again! Even though I dealt with Andy in sales I am sure the whole team at Webbs had something to do with my sale - Accounts, workshop etc. So thank you to everyone, a job well done and I will be back for more in the future!
