Eco Clothes Wash For Travelling
First time ordering from Wearth London and won’t be the last. They have so many items to help me along on my Less Waste journey. I bought Eco Clothes Wash For Travelling which I took on a recent trip to Marrakesh and they were great, just filled the sink and hand washed and they worked great, will definitely order more for another trip .

I love my hankies!
What a super company! Easy to use website, prompt and well-packaged delivery; love my hankies, they are made from a good, robust fabric but are incredibly soft and gentle on the nose. So pleased to have these as a great alternative to tissues.

Do not buy anything you may need to return to this company! Appalling customer service. I purchased a pair of Vegan trainers by Rationl through them. I tried one shoe on and it did not fit. Returning them was a very long winded and expensive process- with some strange questions (postage was £13 altogether on top of the £70 for the shoes). After several emails on my part they came back with an email to say the company had sent an image of damage to the shoe- showing they had been worn. It was a small mark under the laces- and must have been there on delivery to me and which I didn’t notice- having only tried one shoe on. I have yet to hear any further - this was over a week ago. They use their status as a marketplace to avoid any responsibility it seems. I am now going to contact Trading Standards to find how to proceed.

The brand requested that we sent the image of the mark on the trainers to you for comment, which they would then review. As you have informed us that the trainers arrived that way, the brand will need to investigate this further with the warehouse. They will then review whether a refund can be made.

Disapointing experience
Disapointing experience. Product I ordered was out of stock but it took several days after placing the order and paying before I was informed. I was then presented with the option to replace with a like for like product or request a refund. I chose to replace with a 'similar bottle' and was told initially this would be fine then several days later (at this point nearly three weeks from the original order date) that this was not possible either. Ultimately requested a refund, but for a company that claims to make choosing sustainably 'easy', this proved to be a waste of time and I ultimately bought elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to have disappointed you and for the confusion.
The issue was that the brand were not prepared to offer the alternative in stock item at the same price, as it was slightly more expensive, despite the original item being out of stock. I see that you informed Farryn that you didn't want to pay the extra cost and you opted for a refund instead, which we issued.
The brand One Green Bottle did inform us late in the day on 28th April that the item was out of stock and then it was the bank holiday, so I'm sorry that we didn't notify you of this until 4th May. We aim to respond to emails within 2-3 working days.
I have emailed you regarding this and I have also provided a token of apology.

Hi Claire, thank you for your feedback and for placing your order 116507 with Wearth. We are sorry to hear that you haven't received your parcel as yet. We see that you placed your order on Wed 27th April and it states 3-5 working days on the product listing. Therefore we would expect your order to arrive with you by today (5th May) really as that is the 5th working day with the bank holiday in between. I've had a look at the Hermes / Evri tracking and it's showing that they have the item but haven't delivered it as yet. I've contacted the brand Plasfree to ask for an update and I will send you an email update when I've heard back from them. We are very sorry for the delay to your order. Kind regards, Ginny.
