Absolutely useless agency. So much b/s that I don't even know where to start....

That Amy woman working in Funko & work force if I can I wouldn’t give any star she don’t have respect she’s very unprofessional & especially she favourite always her people before you this Amy & Rif very bad & unprofessional
Coventry agency very very bad
Plus they still own me money refusing to don’t pay

Lucy (Manager) at Redditch branch is absolutley unprofessional and exploits her workers, she is rude and doesn't come across as a manager. My employment with them ended about a month ago, and she is refusing to send me my P45, which is illegal, but she thinks she can get away with it because that's the agency culture otherwise, she wouldn't do that to vulnerable employees who are simply trying to earn a living.

what is the point of applying for a job on a workforce advert and the don't even decency to reply back to you

I was working 5 months with Workforce at Muller until I got permanent contract with the company. All experience with workforce was excellent. Applied for work online, got interview invitation by phone and later got a job offer. All registration/documents process was online smooth and easy. Weekly wages always correct and on time on my bank account. Best agency I was working for.

Applied for a job with workforce and was contacted back from Dagmara who has been great nothing is a problem and always returns messages or calls would recommend this Agency as easy to work with and getting full time employment from the client after trial period.

Th 3 weeks ago I was unemployed I noticed I job in indeed I phonedup and left a CV and got workforce didn't know it at the time but I got put in touch with this company and they got me a job with Muller milk with the agency I know start with. Muller milk onSunday as a full Time employee thank you very much to workforce there have been a very easy company to work for and very helpful never a problem. the work for best agency I've ever been with thank you

Would definitely reccommend workforce to anyone based on my experience with them 👍 Got a permanent job to at the end.

Met with Joe Beard in redditch office. He took the time to get to know me and understand my past and recent history and personal circumstances well. He helped work on my cv and really made it work for the roles he had available. Understood what I wanted to do and would feel comfortable at doing. Short and long term goals set within a few days. He found me work within 3 days of registering and first meeting which has worked out really well. Emailed me assignment details and everything I needed for day 1 start date. Called me after my shift to get feedback and give the businesses feedback on my day. Really excellent service and if Joe is anything he is brilliant. I hope this goes the same for everyone at workforce if it does then they will be amazing. Never used them before hadn’t really heard of them until now but I’m glad I moved from my other agencies this has been a superb experience I must say. Thanks Joe. The best 5* review would give 10* if I could
