Excellent marketing for very poor quality product and CS
I purchased a full set of towels because I wanted to buy a quality European product that is a little different. The website promises great quality, careful sourcing of raw materials and production, and shows tons of 'reviews' to back the claim.
The product does not live up to its quality claim - the colours are very subdued on arrival already; even after multiple washes you are left with dye on your skin, the strips at the end unravel, and the size is not as specified. I took up the issue with customer service and they were very indifferent and seemingly aware of this. The 'return' system does not accept the return of the whole order, only one item at a time, plus you are expected to pay for postage - which is prohibited by law for these types of returns. CS is very slow to respond and by the time you think you are about to solve the issue, they simply state that the return window has closed (and no longer reply to messages). Their return window breaches statutory customer protection laws. I have now decided to pursue legal action as I am quite frankly gobsmacked about this kind of treatment.
Whatever you do, do not buy anything from this company. They're a total scam.
