The best thing I have ever tried health-wise! It has everything you need in one go + protein. As someone who really struggles with protein intake and remembering to take 82727292 supplements having everything together is amazing. Not to mention how delicious it is.
Training in the luteal phase got easier with this! I'm a half-marathon runner and I lift weights as a complimentary to my running. I hate when the luteal phase hits me every month because I don't have energy and the workouts are hard! Both my HRV and RHR get messy in that period. But with SMOODI I was surprised that I my workouts got easier during that phase and my HRV and RHR stabilized. Love it!
There are so many protein supplements on the market right now and I have tried A LOT. I’m super picky with protein powder and this is hands down, up there with the best.
