We Are Nomads Recensioni

Excellent service throughout. Effective website with beautiful images, prompt communication with a real human being, results exactly as I wanted and as they were described.

We were very pleased with the repair of the plate. They fitted in the repair into our window of opportunity and posted the plate back within the timeframe.

Good workmanship.
Clear guidance and updates.

Fantastic customer service! I was nervous sending my necklace in as it is sentimental, and they had not done any repairs on necklaces before. But I was kept in the loop throughout the whole repairs process, and I am now happy to wear it out and about again!

Clear communication about a slightly complicated glass kintsugi job. Very quick to do the work, beautifully executed and shipped back within the stated timeframe. Would recommend!

Beautiful Kintsugi repair of a cracked figurine, plus patience over setting a good date for returning it to me. Jane took time to send emails to keep me aware of progress with the work.

Good communication regarding kintsugi repair of small Japanese dishes. Jane explained what was involved, what it would cost and sent updates by email. Pleased with final result.

I had a handmade mug which had broken into three pieces. I had never even gotten a chance to use it before it broke! Thankfully Jane was able to repair it and to a food safe standard. She was fast at replying, helpful, sent progress pics, and my mug was back by the eta. Great service!

Jane was fantastic she kept me informed along the way.
The kintsugi work is beautiful and the recipient was thrilled.

Fantastic service, great communications and just an all-round brilliant company !!

I am so pleased with the cup that Jane repaired for me. It was of huge sentimental value to a friend and I’m so glad I found her. Thank you!

I emailed Jane last week to see if it would be possible for an item to be fixed in time for Mother’s Day. Although the website said end of April delivery, Jane agreed she would do her best and aim for Mother’s Day. The item has been fixed so beautifully and has arrived in time. I hope Jane knows what her stunning art work does for people. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service! Everything spot on!

We recently dropped and broke a hand-made (and not cheap) coffee cup that my husband valued and enjoyed using. We Are Nomads did an amazing, skilful repair, rescuing it from the bin. They were helpful, informative and communicative, keeping us informed throughout the process. They even sent us photos of the completed repair before posting it back to us. Their website was easy to navigate, with clear explanations and a simple pricing structure .
I would highly recommend them.

Jane has done an exquisite job on the cup I sent for repair, going above and beyond to accomplish the job to the highest standard; this was all the more challenging in this case due to a missing piece, which she replaced with gold! I cannot recommend her service and craftsmanship enough. Thank you again!
