I requested quotes from 8 different drain survey companies and only 2 got back to me. From first communication via email to the phonecalls following, everything was explained with superb precision, i had never needed to have a drain survey done before so no idea what it entailed. Rory and Dan completed the survey less than 48 hours of me reaching out. I got a courtesy call explaining everything and then a report aswell. Fantastic, quick reliable service, thank you very much!!

Rory and Dan arrived on the same morning as I made the enquiry and investigated the problem of my blocked drains with drain cameras. Quoted me upfront of the £175 fee for the initial investigation and advised it would be deducted from my final bill if I were to go ahead and use them for the repair work. Friendly, knowledgable and provided me the documentation I needed to make a claim through my house insurance. Good communication from their office too.

I phoned around for an emergency plumber for a blocked waste pipe, we are drainage was 20 minutes!! I had Dan, Rory and Shane come out on their way home and I couldn’t thank them enough they was very professional and helpful showed me before and after my pipe work they made sure they cleaned everything after very happy with my service

I was staying with family in the UK recently and my aunty has had some trouble for quite some time with a blocked drain. She felt as though no one was honest with her until we tried We Are Drainage. They were so helpful and clearly outlined the drain jetting that needed to be done. They did a great job, super friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Wow just wow, they were absolutely sublime. They did a splendid job and the service was impeccable. I couldn’t have asked for better. They weren’t big fans of green tea though lol 😂. All round great service wonderful people I would highly recommend.

Very professional team. Before Nick came he gave me a call to let me know when he was coming which I thought was amazing. When Nick and his partner in crime came he was very friendly and he gave you the confidence that he knew what he was doing and how to sort the problem out!! He even told you what the problem was and explained it to you in a way that you could understand why the drains went like it.Nick show me how they do the sleeves in the pipe and didn’t mind us watching him do the job and he was explaining all the way. Super kind and polite. The work that they done looked like they haven’t been there! Amazing!! Thank you to the team and you guys are superstars!!

Great service, they were quick and sufficient in the work that was carried out. They cleared out my system which had a lot of scale in it and was clogging up the drains constantly. After there chemical descale was carried out they showed me all the scale they removed and I havant had any blockages since. Would definitely recommend for any maintenance or issues to do with your drains.

Rory and Matt were brilliant engineers, working quickly solving the blocked drains issue that I had and then using the camera to show the issues in the pipes and giving a clear explanation of what needed to be done to fix it. Rory continued to keep up communication and made sure I was here to check the work once it was finished. Lots of photos, videos and a tidy job. Thanks Rory and Matt you stars 🌟 … your company office staff could learn some customer service from you!

We had an emergency over the weekend (not the best time to have drain issues!) After a quick call they put us as a priority to get an engineer out.. and the issue was fixed in the same day! Efficient and professional service. Couldn’t recommend them more

We had a blocked manhole, completely full with waste so not pleasant! The guys cleared it…Showed me the cleared drains with a camera & left the area nice & tidy/sweeped before they left. Would use again but hopefully wont have to :-D

Charged for two people to attend but hadn't made that clear in the quote. Then offered to use the camera 'for free' but if course it bumped the time up into the next half hour.
I paid £250 for a ten minute job.
Do not use them, they are untrustworthy.

had problems with pitch fibre drains, did some diagnosis beforehand, came and fixed two runs in one day including replacing block paving reasonably. Kept me informed during the work. would recommend,

Came first thing in the morning after I had called late the night before. Very efficient. Straight to the point, reasonable prices and the drain was fixed in a few hours. Would highly recommend
