Fast delivery and a stunning product! 😍

I am so very happy with my experience with Disora.
Disora brought in plus sizes in their brand new range plus their older ranges which is very helpful!
I am so beyond proud of Perrie Edwards (the founder) and being part of the Disora family means so much to me! I will definitely (1 million percent) recommend Disora to others!

I never recieved my order and I tried to contact them, but I didn’t get a responce

produit extrêmement qualitatif et qui vont à merveille
cependant : aucun suivi client, aucun retour de la marque malgré deux mails et un dm instagram, mon numéro de suivi n'a jamais fonctionné et évidemment les frais de port pour la france (14euros si vous payez sur laposte.fr)
je recommande pour la qualité des vêtements de sport (j'ai commandé un legging, une brassière et le gilet) mais absolument pas pour le suivi qui est désastreux

I sent an email about my leggings ripping after only wearing them one time. I heard nothing back. Guess I’m stuck with them

Fantastic experience, very fast delivery and the quality of the leggings are amazing , even the return slip is so easy and stress free if required definitely be shopping with yous again

Unorganised shipping program with items coming in different times and packing with no explanation leaving us at a loss to what is happening

Postage was very fast and tracked so I know exactly where my package was, the quality of the clothes are so amazing and fit very snug and the customer service team are so lovely and helpful

Washing instructions need to be a bit clearer.

I did order a hoodie and bottoms from the same range and the same colour but they came in a different shades. The making of the hoodie is soooo poor, you can see all the stitching splitting apart and seams not connected in the same line. You think when you pay that kind of money you will receive a high quality garment. What a shame Perrie

Very pricey
From paying €95 for a pair of leggings and a sports bra to then have to pay customs of €25 as I live in the Republic of Ireland is a bit much for just 2 items I’ve ordered a pair of leggings before and I love them and wear them so often but buying the second time round for this price was a bit much I’m a massive fan of perries but the price tag is a bit much

Also the website was glitchy for me
But all in all hope to receive my items soon so I’m hoping for the same quality of fabric and wear for this price tag

My experience was fine but I'd prefer the prices to set automatically according to my country's currency based on my location coz i hadn't noticed prices weren't in € and i paid more than expected. Not disappointed though, I'd pay this much even if I knew but it would be better to know first hand.

Update: no stock apparently, my order has been cancelled!!
I ordered on Black Friday, which was the 25th Nov. I then emailed a few weeks later asking where my parcel was to be told there was a stock issue and one of the items I ordered was out of stock. No biggie, it happens. I then had that part of the order refunded and told the remaining order would be dispatched same day which was on the 16th Dec and I’d receive an email, fast forward to today. Still no dispatch email, still no order. I have emailed twice since asking where my order is and received no reply. The level of frustration and disappointment is at an all time high!

Ordered on 30th November and my order still hasn’t been dispatched.. I have contacted customer care a few times, I had a response to my first email on 7th December to say that there was a delay and the order would be fulfilled within a week but still nothing and no replies to my recent messages! I just want to cancel the order at this point, it’s a shame as I’m sure the products are great but 3 weeks with no update is disappointing :(

Order placed on 24th November it’s now over 3 weeks later and still no order. Despite emails, tweets and Instagram messaged I’ve heard nothing. This is a Christmas present so I’m very disappointed. Terrible customer service.

Placed an order on the 29th November, no update received. Despite several attempts to contact and ask for an update. Last week I got an update that there was a delay whit my other. I would get an update this week. But i haven’t hear anything this week. I mailed again yesterday they didn’t respond yet.
