Sweatshirt arrived fairly quickly and it looked great. It fits true to size and I think it is super comfortable. I didn't really have any customer service issues, but given how everything went so well, I am sure they would be top notch as well.

I would rather rate my experience and expectations with Wearandbeyond zero stars. The product that was advertised on the website was nothing close to the product received. The hat ordered was advertised as a distressed cap with fraternal insignia and what I got was a printed picture. I would love to attach a comparison of this misrepresentation.

The hat arrived crushed in a plastic pouch. Its a cheap copy made of cotton instead of the polyester blend. The flag in the left side is crooked. I have 3 times how to return for refund and Lyn in customer service keeps sending me lies in her replies. This is not the president's cup hat, but a very cheaply made copy that arrived crushed and a plastic pouch when Lynn said it was shipped in a box. She also says it has embroidery on the left, rear, and right, which it does not. I am asking one final time for a refund and a label to return this piece of trash hat.

Horrible! It took 3 weeks to get my order and then the product was ridiculous. The shirt was huge and NOT the right color. I asked for a way to return it and was given the run around. Now they want to refund half the cost, but I doubt that will happen. Never order from these people. What a scam!

This shirt was AMAZING. It looked great and it was perfectly crafted!

I was very disappointed with the order. I was going to give it as a gift, but have decided not to embarrass myself.

At first I was extremely worried that I had fallen for an internet scam. With Amazon I became used to receiving my order within about two day. My concerns were unwarranted. My shirts came in about three weeks. I guess getting a custom US made shirt takes time. The wait was worth it and I have plans to order more shirts soon.

I like the sweatshirt quality, but thought the US flag & gold cup would be sewn in (embroy.) vs silk screen from the looks in the advertisement.

First, I couldn't believe I found this shirt. My brother lives in Seattle and was searching for a birthday present when I came across this. He LOVED it, even wore it the church that week. Everyone in Seattle loves it. Any chance of getting something similar for the Chiefs?

I ordered a hoodie got it last week. It did not even look like what I ordered. It looks like it’s been used really bad material.
And I’m trying to get my refund back

This is not a Needoh calendar. I purchased 3 and they are small pieces of hard plastic not needohs. The seller kept trying to negotiate how much they would refund me so after many emails I left it up to my credit card company. Sadly totally fake product.

This company is a ripoff!! I ordered a Farm Aid shirt, with printing on both front and back and the back was blank instead of having the band names on it. I emailed them 3 times to try to correct this with no response. I will NEVER purchase from this site again!

I ordered a newer style University of Kentucky football sweatshirt and it was just as advertised. Fits really good and looks great. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Your return policy is absolutely not achievable! You should state on your website "NO RETURNS".
I tried multiple times communicating with Lynn in Customer Support, with absolutely NO support. Your team needs to work on "Service Recovery".
Your sizing is so ridiculous that only a gorilla has long enough arms for the shirt to fit!

I ordered a women's size small which always is my size. It was very small compared to normal women's size small and the measurements were considerably smaller than the sizing chart on the website. I attempted several times to get the T-shirt exchanged from medium and this company refused to do so. I do not recommend them for their extremely poor customer service and refusal to acknowledge the T-shirt is considerably smaller than the size chart measurements indicate. They said they should have a leeway of 3 inches for every measurement area; however, this is not indicated on their website and it is excessive because that's the measurement difference between a small and large, according to their sizing chart. I am now disputing this transaction with my credit card company. I would give zero stars if I could. Very disappointing interaction with the staff of this company.

Perfect design just as my kids wanted the hoodies - shipping took a bit but it was due to the customized design - thank you!
