I am genuinely disappointed and infuriated by the abysmal customer support and malfunctioning systems provided by We360.ai. We've been using their services for the past two years, and it has been a continuous nightmare.
Firstly, their system is riddled with problems, and it seems like they take pleasure in ignoring the issues we report. Every time something goes wrong, it takes them an excruciatingly long 2-3 weeks to fix it, and we are left in the dark, constantly having to follow up with them. It's a never-ending cycle of frustration and disappointment.
But what has pushed me over the edge is the sheer indifference and apathy displayed by their manager, Swapnil Tripathi. When I decided to request a cancellation and, rightfully, a refund for their subpar service, he didn't even seem to care. The lack of concern for customer satisfaction is appalling.
I am currently left in limbo, still waiting for my refund, while We360.ai continues to display a level of incompetence and disregard for their customers that is beyond infuriating. Save yourself the trouble and stay as far away from their services as possible. This has been an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
