Daughters had their inheritance stolen by someone in the company , funny how it wasn’t the companies money that was stolen but my daughters money . They were trusted to look after the money till my daughters became 21 ,Absolute disgrace ,

Used WDS for the storage of house deeds and wills for many years. Costing last year £26. I recently requested the return of all documents and discovered that it would cost £46 to do this. There was no mention of this when they were deposited with them. The past two years have been quite stressful after losing my wife and then selling our home and I forgot to cancel the annual subscription. They are now charging me to get a refund of the latest payment.
A complete rip off. Would never have used them if I knew they operated this way.

A quick phone-call to arrange a home visit from mine in Bristol and a few days later this was fully arranged with a visit from Lance.

All dealt with promptly and the communication was great from Lance.
