Really easy to use , both to fit and remove, Clean lines, looks good

The sample pack is a great way to see the product as well as giving it a good test. I integrated the straight coupling into an existing feed pipe, alongside another popular branded push fit manufacture and it done the job as expected, perfectly well. I can see the quality and thought process in the design and will defiantly know i can rely on the product in future projects.

Once I had requested a sample pack of HEP2O's new keyless product, it arrive very quickly through the post. The sample description on how to use the sample was clear and simple and the resulting fastening and unfastening of the joint parts was impressively simple and robust. I will be seriously considering procuring the new HEP2O Keyless products for my next plumbing tasks.

Fairly easy to use when fitting, I do not know how easy it will be to disconnect in a few years or the durability, long term. Time will tell.

Well made compatible better for the day to day install price matched to nearest competitor and slightly smaller which is a great positive yes I will be using in future

The product is extremely good and doesn’t let the plastic pipe come out once fitted properly and I think in the long run the problem of leaks is finished

Very clever design push fit fittings always look very bulky but this is a pleasant restyling and the locking mechanism makes it very easy to release the pipe if required

i converted to hep20 a long time ago but due to your constant price increase's especially the inserts i am now converting slowly back to copper. only using hep20 for long and through the joist pipe runs.
in areas behind sinks and basins especially in the walls now copper solder fittings.

More better fittings.
