I’ve been absolutely loving my Wave Connect Digital Business Card! I tend to forget my physical business cards sometimes, but this one is always in my purse, so I can easily share my info at any event or even in unexpected situations when someone asks about my business. It’s super convenient and honestly such a game changer. I’ve also never had any issues reaching out to their team, they’re always quick to respond and really friendly. I have had my own small business for about 4 years now and I always had trouble with marketing and getting my name known. Wave has been a God-send. It is super user-friendly, even for someone like me who needs to teach myself everything slowly and easily. Now, I am able to quickly share what I do with others when I want...I just show them a QR code in person. I also link my Wave bio in my social media posts so that anyone can click on it and see my easily made bio that has everything about my business in one place! This is my first NFC business card. The plastic card is tough and will stand up to my rough handling. It's in the front side of my phone's folio case, so tapping to other people is easy or I can take it out. The setup was simple and obvious, no instructions needed. All I did was to hold the card to my phone to get started. I was operational in a few minutes including a custom photo and background. There is great value in the free microsite and an attractive upgrade path for more features. It was convenient to have a matching QR code on the back for meetings with people who do not have NFC enabled. I will be planning to use some of Wave's other NFC form factors in upcoming events.

I placed the order for my boss business card as a present for birthday. It said that the delivery will be on 25th April. I tried to reach the support to check the status of order, as after the week it is still “order placed”. No answer from them. I send the letter, fill out the form on web site. nothing. No reply

I have ordered a card beginning of October 2024, to be received 3 weeks later. After no news, and the shipment being stuck after 2 weeks, I have contacted the customer service 3 times already and still no answer.
I will wait few more days and ask for refund. Very poor service.

Customer service contacted me almost immediately after this review and took care of my order with adequate compensation. I have well received my parcel this time, with express shipment. Too late for my first intented use, but I will use it in the future ! The app works well so far.

I've used a few digital business cards and I have to say this one is the easiest to use. You can create a profile in a few minutes and link it to their nfc business cards which can also be customized with your logo. Happy networking!
