BUYER BEWARE!! I wish I had seen some of these reviews before purchasing. Poor quality items. You will NOT get a refund on any items despite "Guarantee " and "easy returns no questions asked" on their website. This is NOT Australia company, dealing with China.

BUYER BEWARE-SCAMMERS
Buyer beware!! Scam!! Do not try to return for a refund. It is near impossible. After so many emails, I was left with a total refund of 30% (they ripped me off with that as well) and a pair of crappy shoes that are the incorrect size.They are not a shop in Melbourne, and never were, just another overseas scam. You can purchase the same shoes on Temu or Shein for under $20 and they will fit or return for free and get a credit or money back. Cost from these A Holes $79.99!!!!!!!!

Do not purchase from Wattle & Vale Melbourne
**Do not recommend**
I do not recommend Wattle & Vale. The shoes were overpriced considering the poor quality and looked and felt like a cheap product. The sizing was also incorrect, so I requested a return and refund.
Although the website gives the impression that this is an Australian business, I was told that I would need to return the shoes to China at my own expense. The international return postage is very expensive, making the advertised “easy returns” and “money-back guarantee” misleading in practice.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The products are overpriced, the quality is poor and the return process is difficult and costly.
