I wasn't losing a lot of hair but it was getting thin & flat despite using so called thickening shampoos/good quality products. I wasn't impressed!
Watermans proved brilliant - my hair is soft bouncy and thicker! Love it.

I'm sticking to this one.
I used to use a well known caffeine shampoo that really didn't seem to do much for my hair. I decided to change to Waterman's and noticed a huge change in 2 weeks. I love the smell of it too and quite frankly after 3 years, I wouldn't bother changing to any other brand. Just don't get it in your eyes though! Their serum is also awesome

Brilliant products that work, the shampoo and conditioner have a home in my shower and I use the oyl for my beard everyday, never felt healthier and smells great. Fully recommend

Best products for hair
I have been using the shampoo, conditioner and the oil for 8 months I have certainly seen a difference. I have less hair loss and it feels amazing. I will be continuing to use these.

This was a repeat order from Waterman's. For me I've now used it for over a year with great results. It smells fab and leaves my hair fresher than any other product I've ever used. If you follow the instructions (very important) it REALLY works. I'm impressed with both their product and service and unreservedly give it 10/10.

I've been using watermans hair oil for a while nowand overall I'm quite pleased with the results. The oil itself is lightweight and doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy, which is a big plus compared to other products I've tried. It has a pleasant scent and is easy to apply.
After a few weeks of consistent use, my hair feels softer and looks healthier, with a noticeable improvement in shine. It's a bit early to say how much it helps with growth, but I have seen less breakage, which is encouraging.
It's also fantastic to use in the bath it leaves your skin incredibly soft.
I would definitely recommend

As a hairdresser
As a hairdresser, I can’t recommend Grow Me Shampoo enough to my clients because I personally use it myself.
I’ve been using it for three months, around five times a week.
I left it on my scalp for three minutes before I washed it off, as directed.
It does what it says on the bottle.
Fantastic shampoo and one I’ll definitely keep using.

I used to love this product
I used to love this product, but the shift to a gimmicky subscription model has really put me off. There’s no clear notice around auto-renewals, and the subscription management options are poor. With so many alternatives available that don’t lock you into ongoing commitments or inflate prices for one-off purchases, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Caused excessive hair shed and dried scalp for me. Made my hairline worse sadly as a result and the thinning was more noticeable.
Not the shampoo for me sadly. Wouldn’t recommend.

Thank you for your review. When you first begin using Watermans Shampoo, you may notice some increased hair shedding — this is normal and usually settles after a few washes.
Hair grows in a natural 3-stage cycle: anagen (growth), catagen (transition), and telogen (resting/shedding). When hair reaches the telogen phase, it’s ready to fall out as new hair begins to grow in the follicle. The shampoo can encourage these hairs to shed sooner rather than gradually over time.
This isn’t additional hair loss — it’s simply releasing hairs that were already due to fall out over the coming weeks, just in a shorter period. While it can feel alarming, it’s a natural process — a bit like clearing out old growth to make way for new.
While our products do work well for the majority of customers, individual results can vary due to factors like DNA, body chemistry, and lifestyle, which unfortunately means we can’t guarantee the same outcome for everyone. We completely understand how disappointing it feels when something doesn’t live up to expectations.

Product ok - too many messages
Product ok but not sure it makes a difference to amount of hair loss. Real complaint re messages. Been buying this for years but recent order followed by multiple messages to my phone. Feels like harassment and very annoying. Website doesn’t allow edit to phone number either. Won’t buy again as don’t want the nuisance.
