Michael was punctual and quick in installing the under sink water filter. The sales agent was also helpful on selecting the device. So far we are very happy with the machine and installation.

It was an amazing team members of Michel , Emerson and Ernesto who come to instal the devices in a professional manar and quality assurance thanks for waterclub management and team.

Matthew came in today to carry out the service and did an excellent job. He got started on his own without needing any assistance from me to move things around and didn’t disturb me at all during the process. He worked in a clean and organised manner and ensured everything was properly cleaned before leaving.

He was very humble, polite and well-spoken. Overall, a smooth and professional experience.

Micheal was very professional and good at the job. He made sure to inform me about all the steps that he was doing.
