Kerrie the teacher was excellent
Kerrie the teacher at water babies was excellent she was lovely and made the class feel comfortable. However sadly my little one didn’t take to the classes potentially due to her being too young. I was too late when I made this decision not to go back and a 2nd block payment was taken from my account. After discussing the issue with water babies they agreed to refund me this which was really helpful. Maybe just advice please be mindful of the cancellation before signing up and always discuss with water babies if you are unsure your baby is enjoying the class straight away.

We are so happy to hear that your teacher Kerrie made you feel comfortable in class and we're glad she made a positive impact on your experience. It's important to us that our classes are enjoyable for both children and parents and we do strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable.
It is a shame that your little one didn't take to the lessons. This can sometimes happen and we thank you for continuing to attend lessons to see if your little one would settle.
I am pleased that we have been able to rectify the issue with your payment and refund and we would be more than happy to see you back at the pool if you would like to attend lessons again at any time in the future.

Friendly and efficient customer service. Swimming instructor very knowledgeable and great with both baby and parent to build water confidence. Overall great value for money.

A happy and sad review
Our baby absolutely loves these lessons, she started at 12 weeks old and is now 5 months she smiles and laughs the whole time she’s progressed so well and is such a delight to watch. We love taking her and having that half an hour bond with her on a Thursday evening - however recently had our class cancelled and absolutely gutted about it, we can’t make during the day and are so so sad she’s no longer going to be going as she just loves it so much.

I can’t recommend this company enough. Our instructor Kerrie is so informative, high energy and an all round lovely person. Water babies staff members have been amazing also. They are very quick to respond and have been amazing when my little one was unwell.
The classes are so fun and great at invoking all the parents and babies together so the class atmosphere is a lovely place to be.

Our wonderful Waterbabies underwater Shoot
I booked an underwater photoshoot with waterbabies and it was an out of this world experience! Firstly the shoot was located in our usual lesson venue which was bonus points, however even though we were so familiar with the venue an instructor was waiting to welcome us! I must say the instructor at reception was just as excited as we were, passing out certificates, chatting about the shoot and actively so involved in making it a magical experience! Once in the pool there was a continuous lesson held by one of the male instructors (who we thought was just fantastic) It’s so clear that management select there best most experienced staff members/instructors out of there team to make this day run so smoothly! We wanted to get a family shoot to include our 9yo daughter, this is was done without a problem, and also our daughter was made to feel so comfortable! Money really well spent! The entire experience was excellent, not just the pictures!
