I ordered the watch over a week ago and it still hasn’t arrived. After looking at other reviews, I have realised this website is a scam. Please don’t buy from here. I tried to send them an email to ask where my watch strap was and I realised the email address isn’t a proper one and is fake.

Ordered agarmin Fenix 8 strap, never came, went onto the the website and there are no orders under my name
Complete and utter con artistDO NOT USE AT YOUR PERIL-YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

Why hasn’t this company been stopped from scamming genuine people.
I bought a strap on 2nd Feb, it didn’t arrive, I reported it, they claim to have filed a missing item with RoyalMail and Iv had nothing since. Followed back up with am email which got ignored, Called the phone number numerous times and no answer. Looking at the reviews they are clearly scamming folk

I ordered a Garmin replacement strap several months ago but they failed to despatch and deliver it. I managed to get a refund. On 7th December I tried again to buy a replacement strap I ordered it received a confirmation and several days later I received an email saying it was despatched. It's now 16th December and I haven't received bearing in mind it was 48 HR tracking? I tried to contact them but they are not that responsive. I am now waiting for a refund ( hopefully before next year). I would avoid this company.

I ordered two watch straps, supposedly using the Royal Mail 48 hr tracked service. The order did not arrive. Emails to tje company have gone unacknowledged, as has a recent request for a refund. Given the number of similar issues reported, I'm guessing the company's business model is based on defrauding customers. I would avoid

I bought a milanese band for a Garmin Venu 3s. The plastic on the strap snapped whilst trying to attach it to the watch. I asked for a refund and was ignored. The same straps are available on ebay for a third of the price. If you want cheap low quality tat, buy from ebay amd save yourself money. It'll still break just as easily but at least its cheaper.

Brilliant from start to finish. Order arrived within 2 days, and strap fitted my Garmin perfectly using tools provided. Screws not provided, because you use the ones already on your watch!

Purchase a bracelet for a Samsung watch 8, the spring bars would not fit, the quality of the bracelet is very poor. Free bracelet adjustment tool never sent. They are Ignoring my email now.
Do not buy from this company.

Avoid this company at all costs. I wish I read the reviews beforehand. Appalling. I bought the a strap from them but it can be fitted. I escalated to the company, and initially load of emails asking for all kind of photos. With it being faulty they should refund and pay for P&P, but they won't. After jumping through all of their hoops it then goes quiet and can't get any response. Shocking company.

Watch strap delivered without the pins so useless, told would send, never arrived, told would refund, still waiting.........

I advise you to avoid this company as if doesn't deliver the goods you pay for.

I reported the item not received which should have been delivered in 48hrs.

I'm told it's being looked into and to wait four days. I declined and requested a refund and now I'm being ignored.

Shop elsewhere as you'll be sorry otherwise.
I've had to report this to the bank as a scam company and I'm waiting for the bank getting in touch with me.

Ordered replacement leather strap. Arrived and it's a nice quality product. Just over a year later the two loops have broken. Contacted the company with order detail. Really pleased that even though it's outside of their normal year guarantee, they've agreed to replace it.

I wich I could have read the reviews before purchasing my watch strap, horrible costumer service, please AVOID AT ALL COSTS, useless

Watch strap arrived but poor quality- it doesn’t stay attached and I have nearly lost my watch too many times! Emailed numerous times and no reply.

Aviod paid 9.99 for nxt day delivery. Still no strap do not answer emails ,answer phone on calling,still waiting

Order took 5 days not two to despatch, tracking details say delivered but to a different address, I've contacted royal mail and they confirmed the parcel has been delivered miles away...so I've tried to call and email watchstrapbrand but no response 😞.
I Just want my money back..
Please avoid this awful company!!!

Ordered from this company, watch strap arrived but didn’t fit my watch. Called customer services a number of times and emailed, no response! Returned to the Halifax address, tracked and saw it was delivered. However customer service are claiming it hasn’t arrived back. All I am looking for is the correct strap to be delivered. Shocking customer service!
