Super great customer service. Wasn't a fan of the straps I had picked myself and had some issue with returns, but they were always really helpful & cheerful and just made interacting with them an absolute pleasure.

I received a different buckle color on one of my nato straps I ordered. After informing the support service they immediately send me the correct one and I could keep the wrong color. Very kind and professional helpdesk!

Great experience and service with WB. Received my nice reddish vintage strap. Really nice quality :-) I now ordered a Suede strap of the same quality. Can be highly recommended. The only drawback is that DHL takes a long time to deliver.

My go-to place for watch straps!

I fancied a change for a couple of my lesser-worn watches and found a beautiful blue suede strap with vintage style in Ocean Blue colour to complement the blue elements in both watches. The strap is more beautiful and comfortable than I anticipated, and of fantastic quality - my lesser-worn watches will be having more days out, thanks to WatchBandit!
