Amber! Totally dropped the ball on the whole delivery agreement. Do not do business with her. She needs to be retrained in the importance of long term business relationships. I was totally told a delivery time and then put on their own different schedule resulting in time delays.

Your order was placed on short notice, and we accommodated it with next-day delivery by adding it to our route. While a preferred morning timeframe was noted, we do not guarantee specific delivery times, and no set time was agreed to.

Painless moving out
