Excellent service today by Dean (the driver of the van). He contacted me 40 mins to let me know the time he was arriving. Took all the furniture I had previously discussed and paid for. He then phoned the office so he could take more furniture, who gave me another reasonable quote to take it all away !! Brilliant service and would highly recommend.

This is the 3rd time of using the van and 2 man crew. This service is superb and the 2 men worked hard removing the rubbish. They are extremely hard working and a credit to the company. If you have rubbish to be removed I can highly recommend this company.

Collection not completed and they said not possible due to access. Collection had been done from the same address previously by the same company so it is possible.
Pictures of the waste supplied at time of booking so they knew what to expect. I didn’t expect it to all go in one collection but I needed as much taken as possible.
Will have to arrange another service via a different company.

Tom & Moe turned up on time, removed all the waste with no hassle, very polite and helpful.

Farron was really helpful on the phone and asked for photos so he could assess the cost. The quote was reasonable and the job could be done the same day. John was friendly and efficient when he came to pick up the load. Great service all round!

From Ryan in the office to Dean who handled and removed our waste, all parts of the service were clearly communicated, polite and professional.
From start to finish every step was quick and efficient with everything checked before and after.

Man and Van service. Website is very misleading. It states under the heading of "Whats Included"- "We can help you get rid of unwanted items such as furniture, appliances, electronics, and more." One reasonably expects that TVs and fridges are covered by "electronics and appliances". Not so! When the team arrived to remove rubbish including 2 TVs and 2 fridges I was stung for an extra £112 on top of the £468 I had already paid for 14cuyd rubbish, otherwise they wouldn't take them. Felt very much like being scammed. Won't use them again. I had mentioned TVs when booking and paying in full in advance, and was not warned of any extra charges. So beware if you book by phone to make sure you don't get caught out. Better still, choose a different company. The guys themselves were hard working and efficient, arrived on time etc. so 3 stars not 1.

brilliant set of people, always going the extra mile , i’ve never had an issue with any comebacks with my rubbish with these guys . cannot recommend highly enough !

John came to my property and was so pleasant and helpful. He called before he was due to arrive and did a fantastic job of clearing a whole load of builders waste as well as garden waste and left the front of my property clean and tidy. Fabulous service!

They arrived at exactly the time they said they'd be here, they were very polite and friendly and extremely efficient. Excellent service.
