Tom is brilliant, I've had him helping us with clearing out waste twice now and always helpful and professional with a smile on his face!
Waste king is a good company to use and will continue to use them for future projects.

We booked a skip for delivery to site a week in advance, with delivery scheduled for Tuesday and collection the following Friday.

Tuesday came and went with no delivery and no communication. We had to chase the company ourselves, at which point we were told the issue would be investigated and we would receive a call back shortly. By Wednesday morning, having still heard nothing, we had to follow up again. This time we were advised the skip would be delivered either that afternoon or on Thursday.

Later that day, we then received an email advising that the delivery would not take place until the following Monday — after our contract had already required us to vacate site. When we explained that this was completely unsuitable due to contractual deadlines, the only alternative offered was to try and source a skip at an additional £50 cost to ourselves, due to their lack of availability.

This is entirely unacceptable. Not only did they fail to meet the agreed delivery timeframe, but they then attempted to pass on additional costs caused solely by their own resourcing issues. There was no meaningful attempt to honour the original agreement or offer a fair resolution — only a proposal that would leave us paying more for less service.

A full refund was issued, which appears to have been their only solution, despite the disruption caused to our programme of works.

If you are a business working to tight deadlines or contractual obligations, I would strongly advise avoiding this supplier.

We ordered a 6 yard skip, Jon turned up on time and was happy and out going. Everything was cleared same as last time. Temperature was 30 degrees and Jon worked hard and fast.

Everything went smoothly from booking through to organising collection which happened within 24 hours!

A special mention to Tom who collected the waste who gave me a text before to give me an ETA and was extremely polite and quick!

Steve called in the morning to let me know when he would arrive; he arrived promptly at the time stated. Steve did a great job quickly and efficiently clearing everything out.
This is my second time using Wasteking; I would highly recommend them.

Very good service. The driver arrived early and didn't call as he didn't want to wake me - Thanks Wayne appreciated that. Although I was awake, so was able to see him put all the stuff in his van. Then to my great surprise he gave me the Waste Skip bag back!! Explaining that it was now mine to reuse, and I would only have to pay a small fee to have the Waste recollected if I use the bag again. BRILLIANT!!
I now have basically a Skip for life - far, far cheaper than hiring one every time!!

You also don't have any time limitations on using it. I had my 3.6yd bag for a week, one price £270, excellent value.

It was so easy to do. If I had know you existed before I purchased a skip bag else where, I would have gone straight to you.

Waste King were polite and courteous throughout the whole process of getting the waste collection booked in and taken away.

I particularly praise James the driver for his bright, professional and friendly personalty and Harry who was attentive and prompt with his communication.

Fast, efficient, clean, and friendly. Give Tom (our super collection man) a pay rise.

Tom and Steve arrived early on a Monday morning and were quick and efficient in clearing up the rubbish on our drive. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Waste King again

Easy to navigate site, helpful to have list of items not taken. Easy to book day and expect will get time slot for collection on the day.

This company has behaved very bizarrely. They requested an application form and then a credit form to be filled out, and then radio silence. After a couple of chases I randomly received a reply from a competitor who they had passed us over to. Maybe our requirement was too insignificant for them. I messaged to ask why we had been palmed off, and why we now had to start the whole process again, to which I got a response that far from answered that question. To be fair, they were polite and professional in their communication (when they did reply), but all-in-all they're far from a company I would recommend to any sizeable business.

I was so impressed with the service from Waste King. The explanation from how to go about organising the collection was helpful from the start. I received a helpful call ahead of the arrival of the lorry and the man collecting was amazing - so polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend or use them again if needed

Tom was absolutely fantastic. Arrived at the right time, cheerfully took away all our rubbish and left nothing behind. Strongly recommended. Couldn’t have done better
