I first saw these rugs in a boutique while out of town and had to order one as soon as I got home! The non slip, low pile rugs & mats are the only type my French bulldog won't destroy. I purchased the leopard print for my guest room and I love it! I wish it came in more colors! I have already placed an order for another runner to put in my kitchen! The non slip is fantastic and doesn't budge at all wherever you place it!

Just received and put into use another rug - a runner for in our RV. We already have two in use in the house.
We love these due to their ease of cleaning. The low pile and rubber back are a real plus.

So easy to clean. They do not move or shift.

Color and size are excellent for an inexpensive door mat.

I ordered a beautiful mat that I was really excited about, but unfortunately, it arrived one inch shorter than what was listed in the product description. Because of the size discrepancy, it doesn’t fit the space I purchased it for. I attempted to return it through UPS, but the return shipping cost was $29 — making it unreasonable and cost-prohibitive to send back.

I’m very disappointed that I’m now stuck with a product that doesn’t work due to inaccurate sizing information, and a return policy that doesn’t account for seller error. I would appreciate it if you could provide a prepaid return label, as I don’t believe I should be responsible for return costs when the item received did not match the description.

At this time, I would not recommend this company to others based on my experience, but I’m hopeful this can be resolved.

I ordered a washable blue floor mat. They delivered a beige one. Now I have to go out of my way to return it.
Ridiculous!

Update. They called and sent the right color and told me not to bother. Sending the other one back so I am not put out. Excellent customer service to resolve the issue. Thank you.

Service was great! Carpet looks to be made of excellent materials. Just note that the colors may appear a little different on the actual product than they do in the picture. I'm keeping the carpet I ordered because it is very nice but I wish the color was more like it appeared online.

Having a very difficult time trying to return a rug purchased on line!

The mat is right by a slider to our deck and sits inside quite close to the living room. It looks so much better than the outdoor mat we’ve been using - and doesn’t slide around even a little bit

I just love these rugs! They have cute styles and patterns and they wash so well. I have them in my laundry room, kitchen and our sunroom. Easy to care for, stylish and always delivered quickly.

Order arrived on time. Looked very much like the picture and color was good. Quality seems great. Have not had a chance to wash rug as yet.

Received in a timely manner and love my rugs, even had a spill and cleaned very nice with a mild soap and water. Would recommend however don’t know that they will fit in washing machine, will wash flat as l did for spill.

Mats exactly as advertised. Price is extremely reasonable. Have only had them a few days so durability unknown but they feel solid.

This is my second purchase of your mats. They arrived quickly and colors were as they are portrayed online. One of them is being used in my kitchen, and one in a half bath. I washed and dried them as directed and they came out beautifully. Very happy with this purchase.

The color of product was nothing as shown in the picture. Very disappointing!

I love that these rugs are american made. They are great quality and reasonable priced. They come in multiple sizes and colors which I greatly appreciate. The rugs look great and lay perfectly. I need to order more. Thank you!!
