DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They lost my entire bag of laundry and then stopped answering my emails/calls when I tried to file a claim. Unethical and unprofessional.
I strongly advise against using Wash Club. Despite being a longtime customer, my experience took a turn for the worse when they transitioned to using Doordash without any prior notification. What resulted from that was a substantial laundry order, valued at up to $4,000, that was never delivered; it was stolen. The lack of communication regarding this issue was utterly appalling – no phone call, no apologies, just a brief email.
To make matters worse, the company's customer service has been shockingly inadequate. Rarely am I able to reach a representative by phone, and even then, the responses are evasive and unhelpful. Information regarding the status of my order has never been provided proactively; instead, I have been left to send numerous unanswered emails in a desperate attempt to obtain updates.
Wash Club has demonstrated a blatant disregard for its customers. Their failure to address the theft of my laundry in a timely and serious manner is completely unacceptable. I cannot emphasize enough: do not use their services. After 6 months of back and forth, it became apparent that they misrepresented the claims process, and because of their ineptitude, I will not be compensated for the thousands of dollars worth of clothes and linens they/DoorDash lost. They are the absolute worst. Whatever you do, do not use this laundry service.
