Patricia Taff went of out the way to help me. She was good at communicating and worked very hard to close my two loans. I am very thankful!
Thank you for sending me this survey. I rated this survey a 4 because I had tried to get in touch with Ann Stewart whose business card was in the information sent to me, but she was not available and I have not heard back from her. I had faxed over the documents needed showing proof of insurance and I had to later email a copy of the papers to the insurance at wasatchpeaks.com. Holly, insurance clerk, that sent me the letter on May 15, 2022, requesting proof of insurance on the car, I tried emailing her and twice the response has been, she was out of the office, so I still do not know if the documents were received. It can get a little frustrating. Thank you and I appreciate your attention in this matter. Freda Diane Coltharp.
Jorge Pontoja, with whom I worked throughout the process was an exceptional representative of the benefits of being a member of a credit union. His friendliness and efficiency made me feel like I was important enough to receive his fullest attention.

I applied for a car loan with Wasatch Peaks and the process was very easy. Hannah was so personable and gave me clear instructions of what was needed. Hannah responded promptly each time I reached out to her. I was surprised how fast it took and I got a great rate that the other credit unions couldn't even get close to matching. I am very satisfied with the process and outcome!

I opened an account here two weeks ago and I have no access to my money, my accounts don’t show up online, and customer service doesn’t respond to questions. I received no routing numbers to set up direct deposits or order checks. I think my money is going to be finding a new home once I can get someone to track it down for me.

I had dealings with the West Haven branch in the past, for business, and I loved the crew there. When I was emerging from bankruptcy and an unemployment stretch last year, I decided to give you a try. I understand that someone fresh out of bankruptcy will have a hard time re-establishing credit, and informed the receptionist I knew it would be difficult. I already had a savings account with Ally, and had tried to open a checking account there too, but was denied. Wanting something local, for ease of access to my money, I tried this branch. When I tried to open a checking account, the receptionist helping me just looked over something on the computer, with this scowl on her face. I asked if there was something still hooked to me from the bankruptcy, but the response was, "not at this time, try again in six months." This was kind of off-putting, but with bankruptcy, I expected issues.
I had visited the branch one other time when my ATM card arrived. The crew seemed happier but seemed annoyed that I was interrupting their conversation. There was something wrong with the system at the branch, and the card was never activated.
Somewhat annoyed, I tried GoldenWest, where I had an account before my bankruptcy. I was told that I had an active ChexSystems report, and it should have vanished in the bankruptcy. "Talk to your attorney, it was probably an oversight." With the problem now fixed, I took my business there, with the checking account, secured Visa (since converted to a standard Visa), and smiling staff. I'm happy now, and with the help of the GWCU, my credit is improving.

wp refused my application for checking account. my card expired and they failed to send me new ones. the people I have dealt with in person have been exceedingly nice from the guy who set up my account to the female window person who helped me upon discovering my card had expired.
