I couldn't be happier with the results done by Warmhouse. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

This company were great to be honest from start to finish. I applied for a grant through home energy scotland and found them as approved installer for my wall insulation. They kept me informed throughout the process and the people at my house were polite and done the work as expected.

Incomplete work, no response to our attempts to raise and detail issues. Damage to property, including floor boards, flooring and furniture. And no explanation of why there’s areas under the floors which were insulated that haven’t been. Trust the negative reviews on Google, this company is one to avoid.

We had floor, loft and internal wall insulation installed in June, with grant funding from Home Energy Scotland. Very happy with the service from start to finish, communication was good, we needed tweaks to paperwork as per funding application and they got back really promptly. We added an extra wall for insulation after the survey and initial quote, and again this was no problem to get added on. Paul and Darren did an excellent job, real attention to detail and always asking us how we’d prefer things to look etc, couldn’t fault them at all and the finish is fantastic. Plus we’re really feeling the benefit of the insulation now it’s getting colder. Have already recommended this company to friends.

Daryl was prompt, he did what he said he was going to do at the time he said he was going to do it. He cleared up each evening to endeavour to reduce the disruption. We have used Warmhouse before and have recommended them to our friends and family. We are always happy with their service. Thank you

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Never return calls, never return emails unless prompted by me. Asked for a quote in May 2023 and after many emails and excuses from Jade, I still haven’t received it. Apparently David is always out of the office ??

I read some information about the ECO scheme that offers homeowners free insulation.

I contacted this company and they made the process so easy talking through the different options of insulation I could have, which types were free and which types were heavily discounted based on the scheme.

We have now gone ahead with the insulation and could not be any happier. I full expect to save on my energy bills now. Thank u!

Warmhouse Ltd are the domestic arm of BN Rendering Ltd, they offer property insulation solutions and are based in Lanarkshire, but they cover the whole of Scotland.
Their website says that they "offer domestic customers cutting-edge insulation and rendering solutions with brilliant customer service and at the right price too"
After having Peter come round a couple of times giving us advise on options and funding that is available and Lazlo giving us suggestions on what will work I have to say that I agree with their website on the second two statements, we're still early in the process so I can't comment on the first statement yet. They have been very friendly and professional so far and are carrying out the work at a very competitive price.
We're still quite early in the process, but so far things are looking really good. They have been really helpful and understanding, we're now just waiting on getting the cash sorted out so that we can continue with the project.
I'll update this review once the work starts and progresses but if things continue the way they have started, the 5* review will be keeping all it's stars.
