The whole process was great, I called and was given an appointment for a service the next day, Tom arrived on time and proceeded to service my boiler, he was polite, efficient and completed the job in a timely manner, I will definitely be using this company again, very happy 😊

I made a booking via their website and was quote for a standard service. Happy to proceed and they had availability the same day! Tom arrived on time and was clean and quiet. He cracked on with the service of my boiler and gave some advice and suggestions. Turns out there is a small issue with the boiler that he discovered during the service, which he explained to me clearly. I await a quote for that repair.
