Well DO NOT ORDER from Warmax, I ordered mine in October 2025 and finally got them on 17 March 2026, i purchased as a Christmas gift, the absolute worse nightmare do deal with, if my researches are correct it is British owned but made in China, so the company’s goal is to maximize their profits and they don’t give a shit about customers

Oh I do wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before buying. Now chasing for delivery after being notified of dispatch 2 weeks ago. I have emailed the 'support' email numerous times with no response. DO NOT BUY from this horrific company. SCAM. Warmax you should be ashamed...

THIS IS A BLATANT SCAM SITE - AVOID
The “ornithological binoculars” promoted by an apparently world renowned ornithological legend are $20 duds mass produced in China. They wouldn’t identify an ostrich at 20 metres, yards, or even inches.
If you have paid your money kiss it off - the Melbourne returns “for a full refund “ drop off point was an abandoned factory. These people are criminals.

This company is an absolute SCAM. I wish I had read the reviews before buying!! They say that the binoculars have been sent, then they say that Yodel has the package but we’re unable to deliver which is not true and I’m now in email conversation demanding a full refund. I will do my utmost to discredit this company!!

The binoculars from this company are cheap chinese rubbish and nothing like the description on the website. You cannot get hold of them via the supposed support email and there is no phone number. Do not buy anything from them as is a complete scam.

DO NOT BUY, this company is a scam. They send out a cheap chinese product and they do not follow their own reutnr policies, warning to everyone. Do not buy!

Over two months have passed since I paid for a pair of their binoculars, and in all that time they failed to deliver, despite numerous emails.
They now say they can only give me a 50% refund, as they will have to destroy the package as 'abandoned'; implying it is my fault somehow.

Do not use this company. Zero customer service, no one replies to emails and purchased product still not arrived weeks after ordering. Disaster

I would rate this seller and product zero stars.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The Warmax binoculars are absolute cheap scam rubbish. They will string you on about refund, but you are wasting their time.
Scammers out of South East Asia

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their returns and refund process is so flawed. They charge you to return the item, a 15% handling fee and also to pay for the original shipping fee (again!) They then say that if the item doesn't get through customs, they won't refund at all.

Purchased Warmax trail camera as was told I didn’t need to purchase any plan, I could just insert a memory card and use it locally which is not the case. To get a refund I had to pay oversees shipping cost at over £45 and pay the company I purchased it from a fee for me sending it back. One big scam

Bærer alle kjennemerker av å være en scam. Profesjonelt tilrettelagt hjemmeside, også på engelsk (warmax.co.uk) men bruk litt tid på å se etter adresser m.m. Her er det mye som mangler. Sjekk også kikkert-merket Warmax (finnes ikke, men nøye gjennomarbeidet falske produktomtaler/-tester gir inntrykk av det). Sjekk også adressen bosco-nl.com som viser samme kikkert (!) men under et annet merke. På fruugonorge.com ser man samme kikkert, til halve prisen, og her vises det til at det er en fin "unbranded" turkikkert for barn (altså en annen kvalitativ standard enn det warmax og bosco markedsfører det som) produsert i Kina. Dette betyr at produktomtalene og de redaksjonelle omtalene til bosco-nl.com og warmax er falske.

De replikerer 100% samme konseptuelle svindel-formel med falske kryss-referanser og tester for andre produkter, så dette er trolig big business.

Det skal sies at kikkerten kom, men den er (som forventet) ikke det den utga seg for.

Company's freight company illegally entered apartment block behind a resident and left goods without an authority to leave, they were then stolen and Warmax did not care, absolutely no concern for their customer saying a refund wasn't in their scope because it was delivered to the "right address..."
