Was this due to ordering just before the weekend so we didn't dispatch until Monday, or waiting for us to get products in? The best Customer care I have ever recieved.
Stumbled across them while looking for spray paint on the internet.Had to review as was very touched by their excellent customer service.These guy really care about their customers and it's a rare thing these days to get such dedicated merchants they made me feel like my purchase counted and felt more like a new friend than a customer.I will be giving them my buisness from now on aslong as they have what I need prices are not only great which is why I ended up on the website in the first place but these are the type of people a consumer wants their hard earned cash to go to.Excellent service marketing even online shopping experience feel personal cant say everything I want to hats off guy thanks.Again for your service.

Great discount's but the service is even better.
I've made 2 order's and you get messages from both the company and Royal mail as to when your order will be delivered. To withing a 4 hour slot.
I received an email thanking me for placing my second order....
As a small businessman myself {retired} I really appreciate the personal service. It reminded me of how great the difference is between the USA & UK when it come's to that sort of personal touch.
We don't get it nearly enough here in the UK.
