I ordered a Rome sofa set for our new property and it arrived within a week. For the money it is absolutely amazing we love it!
My daughter now wants a set.
The cushions have depth and it’s very comfortable. We love the touch of free cushions with it too!

Very nice furniture good price slight problem with delivery with a break down but these things happen when it did arrive driver helpful and courteous delivering to my caravan on holiday park

Delivery was smooth and the driver was really helpful. Furniture arrived well packed and in perfect condition. A bargain for the price. It is well made, the cushion material feels quality and it is so comfortable. Whole process from start to finish was brilliant, thank you.

Already had garden furniture and was very pleased with it so ordered the Venice bistro set . It was delivered within a few days and we are very happy with it.

Quick delivery. Item exactly as described

The bistro set was in perfect condition. It was well packaged and exactly as described. The driver was very helpful. My only criticism is that it wasn't delivered until 7.15 in the evening. We were aware that there was no nominated delivery slot and we were notified 45 minutes before as promised, but it would have been helpful to know that it might not arrive until the evening. We started to wonder if it would actually be delivered.

Fantastic quality furniture, the furniture was so well packaged on a pallet and fast delivery in only 4 days. Would definitely recommend so very happy with the furniture.

The company was very helpful and kept me informed of the delivery date of my order and on the day up dates on the arrival time

Good delivery very helpful but you do not do covers for the items big mistake as you need to cover them over you could at least sell them

Absolutely delighted with our garden table and six chairs! Very good quality and relatively easy for us to put the table together! Not our forte normally but we did it ! First delivery date was cancelled as the van broke down on the motorway but we were advised and new delivery date was scheduled a few days later! Would definitely buy from oasis again and have no hesitation in recommending them !

We visited the warehouse whilst in Bournemouth. It was good to be able to see & try all the products but so many lovely sets made it really hard to choose. They were all great & we eventually chose the Rome sofa set and (not as planned) also 2 basket chairs. All very comfy and a hit with the family.
Very happy with the experience and also given the opportunity to have it delivered the same day. Just in time for a family brunch the next day.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Our daughter maybe paying you a visit soon after seeing the quality of ours.
Would definately buy from you again in the future & I still have my eye on the oval garden table & chairs. :)

Arrived earlier than expected, good communication on delivery dates and times

I recently ordered a corner sofa set. It was delivered promptly although not within the time slot specified by the delivery company. There was no message 30 mins before, as had been promised, so I had to wait in all morning which was very inconvenient. The set was damaged in 4 places, the 2 worst defects were a bent table leg and a bent frame of the corner piece. On contacting the company to request a replacement table and corner piece, I learned that, as this was the last set, they had no replacements. My options were either to send it all back- repackaged (and I had already taken all the boxes to the tip as I have no garage or other storage facility) or to keep it with a £120 discount. So I opted for the latter.
In summary- delivery poor, customer service reasonable but the product is still defective so I remain disappointed with an expensive purchase.
