I purchased this dress for my daughter's wedding. It's very well made and attention to detail is evident. I love the fact that it is two pieces. It's so simple. The price hurts a little bit for what you hold in your hand but if you look with your heart you see the care that went into it. < 3 shipping was so quick! I have zero complaints. 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend. :)T

Worst Customer Service experience
Worst Customer Service experience. Never again. Bought a dress 16th March. On 17th March was told it was on back order so I cancelled. It took close to a month for them to refund me and they withheld $40 don't even know why. Many of my emails went unanswered. Not a shop you can trust to buy online with.

Received the item and it did not fit so retuned it within 3 days as per the instructions-tracked. Have not received my refund and they do not answer emails. Very bad customer service. Will not buy from here again.
Deceptive policies for returns and…
Deceptive policies for returns and exchanges. If there is a problem, there is no one to speak with. And then they add more charges for exchanges even when the product is defective and the wrong size is sent. It's a scam that the company has figured out so your credit card charges can not be reversed.
This company should be put out of business.
Rude customer service
I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order last week, but received an email early the next morning saying the item was out of stock, this was after they charged me $300 for an item listed as in stock online. Instead of processing a refund, they offered me a different item, which I didn’t want.
I called the customer service number on their website, which lists no business hours, to get clarity and my refund. The male rep answered and responded, “You do realize it’s 10am on a Sunday?” in an incredibly rude tone. I was shocked, why answer the phone at all if you’re going to speak to customers like that? Why answer or email me then if it’s 10am on a Sunday?
After hanging up, I called back, realizing this is a one-man operation. He rejected my calls multiple times. When I finally got through, he raised his voice, spoke down to me, and was completely unprofessional and patronizing.
This is not how you treat customers, especially after holding their money without delivering what was promised. I strongly recommend avoiding this scam and pos service.
Pretty pictures but I can't wear a picture...
Ordered a dress April 9th for a wedding August 2nd. The confirmation email detailed it would be sent International Standard in 5-15 business days.
April 24th they emailed detailing the dress was on backorder and would not be able ship until the end of June. They asked if I would like another dress that was in stock. The colour was similar but I didn't like the style so I said I would be happy to wait as I intended to wear the dress the first weekend in August.
June 17th- I emailed asking if everything was on track for the dress to be shipped, and they replied that it would be in its way any day.
June 25th- I emailed chasing as I was concerned about it getting to me and getting through customs and dealing with any alterations I might need to make. Again they said it would be sent any day.
July 2nd- I asked for an update and said if it wasn't sent this week I wished to cancel the order.
July 3rd- Looking at their website for any hint of information, I saw that they have a no cancellation policy. I emailed saying that I see that and if the dress isn't immediately sent if I could have another dress in stock. They replied just saying it was impossible to cancel my order and that they would reach out to the shipping dept for an update but that the dress would be sent out soon.
July 4th- I asked about the possibility of another dress in stock being sent. No response.
July 7th- I asked for an update. I also put a comment on an Instagram post asking for someone to come back to me.
July 8th- No response came in overnight (I am in the UK) and I saw that they had deleted my Instagram comment. I looked at the website and under the dress I ordered, it now says it isn't available to ship until late August.
I think it is clear that the dress is not being sent any day, soonish, or even at all. Does it even exist outside of a pretty photo online?
I've raised a dispute with my bank.
Avoid at all costs. I would give zero stars if that were possible.
Inaccurate Sizing and terrible return policy
I ordered a dress and followed the sizing guide. I received the dress but the slip that was included was twice my size and the beaded dress one size too big. They shipped me an exchange for the next size down. I had to pay &25 shipping cost to return it. Clearly this was their mistake that I paid for. The new dress was a size too small! I paid another $25 to ship the dress back. I shipped it the same way in the same packaging. I was told that the dress arrived damaged and I could pay to have the damaged dress sent back to me (not that’s $150 in additional shipping costs) or receive a 50% refund and no exchange. Do not order from this company. I am out $311 plus $102 in shipping fees and have no product.
Rip off Refund Policy
Unfortunately, the returns policy for this company profits from the customer when the items don’t fit and the colours are not what are advertised. You have to pay for returns and they charge for the original postage and a re-stocking fee, whatever that means. £61:00 taken from a £225.00 paid, giving a £164:00 refund. I was going to order another dress from them but given this policy it is too costly and risky, if it doesn’t fit well. Look to another company for your custom.
