Getting the skip on the date required straight forward booking online and the price was really good we had considerate delivery driver who asked where we would like the skip to go. Call from Kelly at Ward to arrange pick up and very flexible with pick up arrangement. I will definitely be using Ward again.

Copied my number wrong to give to your driver. He turned up when we weren't at the address but couldn't contact us as the number was wrong. As it was a Saturday all of your phone lines were closed. We even drove to your yard and nobody could help. Eventually your facebook messenger service managed to help us out and get him to come back around 2.30pm having waited since 9am.
