Lousy company - shady.
TLDR Note: BBB gives Wamatek a "D-" rating as of 9/21/26. I give them an F.
I ordered a 2 TB NVME SSD drive on 2/9 from Wamatek. They immediately charged my credit card. I received an email on 2/17 trying to sell me extended warranty.
I received an email last night: "Order #10462 was canceled at your request"
I did not cancel the order. I requested they reinstate the order. Response from Wamatek - reorder it.
They don't show any 2tb NVME available now.

Avoid Wamatek at all costs
Avoid Wamatek at all costs. I ordered a Black iPhone 14 Plus, but they sent me a Blue one instead. This was after an initial shipping disaster where they tried to send the phone via an air method that prohibits lithium batteries, causing the package to be flagged and returned.
The phone they eventually sent is defective. It arrived with 82% battery health, which is unacceptable for a newer model. In a real-world test, the battery dropped 1% every single minute while recording video—this is a failing battery, not a "fully functional" device.

Wamatek stole my money
I ordered a Rx 7600xt 16gb from them. I received an email the next day telling me it was on backorder. I call to get information on an estimate date and the sales representative told me they had plenty of stock and didn't know why my order was not filled. Julie told me they would contact me with info tomorrow. I waited and got nothing. I called again and was told by a different person they had plenty of stock and my order was processing. I received an email that my order was cancelled. I have not got a refund and now I get no response from them. I have all order info, stock screen shots and emails.I was scammed
