I wrote a review about my experience with Waltoe, and I would like to say that my concern was heard. I received a call from Zed the owner. He allowed me to apologize for the misunderstanding, and pay what I owed the company for the services rendered. He was very apologetic, pleasant, and concerned with my experience. His customer service skills were impeccable. He assured me that the behavior that I received was not tolerable. Mr. Zed, I would to say thank you very much for your assistance and understanding.

First of all, I came across this business with the sales call from Maria. Maria is very customer focused. She knows the business need of any beginning business owner. She put me through her support team and that was Angela. Angela knows exactly what customer like me needs help to complete my business page creation. She has great patient, excellent customer focus, perseverance and technical skills all that customer need from Waltoe as service provider. This is really great team. Keep up all your hard work.

Maria was very helpful with explaining Waltoe’s capabilities and why I should give it a try. I’m so happy she did! I have been very happy with this service.

I can’t get a hold of anyone on the team to change my banner. I have tried for two months and has screenshots of me messaging support and my associate that helped me sign up. No response.

I have been with Trending on Media [now Waltoe!] for some time. I can’t exactly recall how I connected with Trending on Media. I just remember that I was not happy/satisfied with the lead generation company that I had and was not seeing a return on my investment. My initial contact was with Emma and it was good. However, collaborating with Edward was a game changer. In my opinion the team of the 2 E’s as I call them allows for the best value. My favorite is still Edward - as he makes it a point to have a conversation with you that seems like your just talking but he is gathering information to address what are the goals for your business. Currently, I am on the BOSS plan with Waltoe! And that is intriguing with the AI making the calls, texting, emailing and responding to text/email. Yet, the real value is [and I haven’t gotten there yet with Waltoe] having some space and time to do other things without missing lead opportunites.

I have been using trending on media for a while now and they do a great job with content. Several entrepreneurs reached out to me for referrals.

I have been using Trending in media for several months now. My contacts there were Emma and Edward. Edward is amazing! He is thorough, and does a fantastic job. He is my go-to person whenever there is an issue. I had some issues with Emma, but Edward always helped me through them. It is directly because of him that I upgraded my services.

I have teamed up with waltoe.com to help expand my reach and generate leads via social media and paid campaigns.
Zed helped me match up with some interesting opportunities that came to fruition within a couple of months. His knowledge in real estate is a bonus ! He “gets us “ real estate brokers. Emma & Zed definitely know what they’re doing, being on the BOSS Waltoe plan is a game changer! It’s like having a secretary that filters the leads for you! It’s a CRM with an auto response (calls, emails & texts) to your leads. Wether you have a team or you work solo, I highly recommend Waltoe! Simply put it’s an easier way of doing business !
So far I am pleased to say that my initial aims are being met and I am indeed seeing an increase in new business and growing fast!
