This cookware comes in pieces that require assembly, ships from China, and it's not possible to return it. It seems like low-quality cookware that passes itself off as high-quality cookware. I do not recommend this cookware and suggest buying cookware from a reputable company -- not this one. I don't think the reviews on their website are real, as it's not possible to write one there and there is no link provided to write a review.

Do not buy the titanium hammered pan! It is NOT non-stick! Everything sticks. I politely asked for a refund as product does not do as claimed on website and promotional material. Terrible customer service. I highly recommend you buy from Siraat instead - they offer a no questions asked refund if you're not happy with their products. Very disappointed customer here. I spent my Xnas money on this pan with high hopes and was left disappointed. 😔

The quality was far below what I was expecting and I immediately applied for a return ticket, which was refused, and a 25% refund was offered, which I turned down.
All further attempts to contact have been blocked, even though they are using a .co.uk email.

Purchase was a gift. Looked a quality product and a reasonable price. Delivery was delayed but I was kept advised. Product arrived via Royal mail and the packaging was brilliant with the pan perfect. Will wait with interest to see if the pan lives up to all the marketing description.

I first saw the advert for these pans on Facebook.That should have been the first red flag.However I bought the pans and when I received the tracking number I saw the pans were coming from Taiwan.I waited 2 weeks and could never get the tracking number to work.I eventually opened a case with Pay Pal to get my money back.Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a Hammered Titanium Crepe Pan and a got from China a Stainless Steel pan.
Contacted Customer Service the very next day, we exchanged emails too many to count but nothing happened.
Never got the shipping label . I got on address from Spain where to send the pan on my expense and they stopped answering my emails.
Very disappointed!

Definitely would not recommend this company Walter cookware. Wish I had seen reviews sooner. They mislead the public you think you’re buying from the UK and they’re coming from China and they are not what they are stated as , on the site. I have used the frying pan with plenty of oil and my omelette stuck my old pan is better, I will be contacting Walter and will be interested in what he will say!!

Purchased two Titanium Pans 10 & 12" in Nov, took about 3 weeks to receive, did not state they were shipping directly from China. Upon arrival I noted the pans were not the same as appear on the website, the handles were no riveted on, one has to bolt them on, never seen this in quality cookware. Confronted the company requesting a refund, they offered 50% if I keep the pans so we did. Once using them we found them to stick, especially with eggs, no matter how we heated the pan or how much oil/fat we used, worst non-stick pan I have ever used. Went back and requested a full refund, company refused. So much for the lifetime warranty.

Disappointed, we received after long wait made in China pans! Nothing like ad!

I received my Walter Cookware order on November 26, 2025, and immediately noticed serious quality issues with the larger 12-inch pan. Portions of the hammered surface pattern were missing, and unlike the smaller pan, there was no branding or “Titanium” etching on the bottom. The two pans did not even appear to be a matching set.

I contacted the company right away and provided photos. After no resolution, I followed up again on December 2, explaining that the product delivered did not match the quality or description presented on their website or in their advertising. At that point, the transaction already felt misleading.

After multiple attempts, this became my third request for replacement support. No replacement was ever provided, and no clear decision was communicated.

The company later claimed the cookware was “hand crafted,” but a close inspection shows otherwise. The missing pattern is not an artistic variation — it’s an incomplete machining defect. Any legitimate premium cookware company would have resolved this quickly.

Based on the defective product, inconsistent branding, questionable craftsmanship claims, and failure to honor replacement support, I cannot recommend Walter Cookware.

They offer Titanium pans that are NOT Titanium. A Magnet sticks Strongly to all surfaces indicating Stainless steel or other metals. No Magnet will attach itself to Pure Titanium. SCAM

Also, Address of Business store front is a house in the Netherlands. The Pans shipped from CHINA. SCAM
