As always Shirley at the gate recognized me and made sure the next shuttle was aware that was parking. Very quickly the driver picked me up. Very cordial and politely he delivered me to my terminal

This location sucks
This location sucks. We had to walk, with our luggage to find a shuttle to the airport. After getting on the shuttle the drivers made laps around the lot hoping to find more passengers without any concern of flight times. The booth agent was a total jerk who was not helpful at all.
Handicap person left at airport for over an hour
I requested a handicap pick up on September 6. Art took my call but never send a van. Then hung up on me numerous times . I waited over an hour. Wally Park isn’t good for people with disabilities

My experience with WallyPark was Excellent
My experience with WallyPark Orlando was excellent! I booked Aug.5 to the 10th. The staff was polite and friendly. The shuttle followed me to my parking space on arrival. The shuttle was at airport arrival when I returned, no wait time. My problem was with Google GPS. I was led to exit and sat there trying to get in. Lol
I smartened up and drove a few feet and found the entrance. I will definitely use their parking again.

Excellent service after a horrible day at LAX with our flight cancelled through Spirit. WallyPark quickly picked us up and restored our faith in great service!
Not a good Post Covid expereience
We have used Wally Park pre Covid and had a good experiences. Recently our experience was not so great. Arrived on Sunday about 9 pm. I had to text twice and call 3 times to get an acknowledgement that someone was picking up us up to get our car. No acknowledgement via text. 1 st 2 times no answer just leave a message as no one available. 3 rd time a live person answered. This took 20 minutes and during waiting we saw USA Parking and other competition circel 2 to 4 times. Once we were in our car to get out, the machine would not acknowledge my credit card (the one in the email they sent me) or my cell. It was dark and no one around. If I was a lone woman it would be creepy as not a soul was around. Finally after opening an attachment in the email (which did not explain what to do , just confirmed reservation and charges) we realized that we needed to scan the attachment. I know it is common to use contactless exchanges, but it would be good to explain in the email what to do. Our flight from Denver was late, it was pitch dark, not a soul around causing fear of safety and no we are tired and just want to drive home. The experience was more exhausting then the flight!!!
Very bad, would not recommend.
This place WAS good. Now it’s the worst off airport parking available. The shuttles are extremely slow and they are impossible to get on the phone for a pick up. The manages either don’t care, or are incompetent.

Parked here several times. This last time I dropped my vehicle off when I left for family vacation. When I returned, my tire was flat. The manager told me to drive it to a service station. He said he was not responsible, he would not even help to call for a tow. They were very rude. My son went to use the restroom and it was disgusting. We will never use this place again!

I found the best service given by employee, Hasheem. He went the extra mile and beyond at the LAX location on 7/31/2020. I had a problem and he helped me and even provided me with sincerity to make me return. He also gave me directions to the nearest Bank of America, which he did not have to do, as I am from out of town.
Wallypark has taken the "pandemic…
Wallypark has taken the "pandemic opportunity" to really cut staff. In the place of staff they instituted IT systems that don't seem to work. When you call for a pickup at the airport you get a confusing set of instructions on who to text to get a pickup. I also had issues with getting my car out of Wallypark - it seems the system did recognize my reservation. Valet parking is also a thing of the past. Last time I use them.

Shuttle parked right behind us when we parked, grabbed all out luggage, dropped us right where we needed to be. Texted for pick - dropped us right at our vehicle. Great service!
Power windows were smashed!!
Two power windows were smashed out of my 2018 f350. It's been a week and nothing but the run-a-round! I did hear from the site manager that it's a self park and I'll probably get nothing! DO NOT USE WP!!!
This place has gone to the dogs
This place has gone to the dogs. . I’ve been using for 5 or years in LA and San Diego. The SD location is now terrible. The vans are disgustingly dirty. Most of the divers are good but the one we had last night was just rude. Their pick up service is the worst. The text app starts out by telling you to call if van not there in 15. First clue service sucks. The phone number they sent doesn’t work, 2nd clue. Last 3 trips has taken 30 min plus to get a ride. Guess what works really well? Taking your $180 bucks when you reserve. I’m done. To many other options.

Boycott Wally park
If You have any other option for parking I would use it. This place is a dump, they don’t care about your needs and getting you to the airport on time. The shuttle fits 8-10 people and comes every 30 minutes when they advertise 5-10. They are rude and more worried about calling their friends and talking on their personal phone than actually helping. Disgrace of a business...
