I absolutely love my new wallpaper! It completed the room with a high end look and best of all application was easy and straightforward. I have used other branded peel and stick and I experience stretching on the seems. A once I had it lined up it applied perfectly!

Really happy with my purchase
Really happy with my purchase, herringbone wood effect wallpaper.
My only issue was with how wide the strips are, but that’s because of my short arm span not the actual product.
Really love how it’s made to measure.
I went for textured and using wallpaper paste, which I found helpful to be able to move the strips around for lining up.
Would def recommend to others.

Délais longs et livraison chaotique
Je me sentais en confiance et avais cru lire que les envois étaient rapides. Commande passée le 12/06, expédiée seulement le 19/06 après avoir écrit au service client. Fedex vous demande ensuite de régler des frais de douane. C’est écrit dans les conditions générales du site mais bien sûr pas avant de passer commande. Ne pas se fier donc à « livraison gratuite en France ». Comptez environ 15€ de frais de douane et un allongement des délais le temps de faire les vérifications de paiement.
La livraison était prévue le lundi 23 juin. Sur le suivi lundi « exception de livraison, une demande a été formulée pour modifier sa date de livraison ». Livraison donc prévue mardi 24. Cette fois, nouvelle exception de livraison pour adresse erronée. J’ai du contacter fedex pour leur indiquer que l’adresse était correcte, le nom indiqué sur la boite aux lettres à côté d’un panneau de construction. Déplorable que le livreur n’ait même pas pris la peine d’appeler. On m’indique une nouvelle livraison demain. J’ai le sentiment de beaucoup m’enerver Pour un simple papier peint qui n’arrivera peut etre jamais et ne sera jamais remboursé ni les frais de douanes. Une expérience donc déplorable du début à la fin. S’abstenir !
Update : mercredi nouvelle exception de livraison. Le colis finira par être livré le jeudi soir 4 jours après la date annoncée.

High quality, beautiful.
Upon arriving, my installer informed me I had chosen an excellent company to purchase from. The installer said the quality of the paper was excellent. I loved the quality and size of the samples provided by Wallmur. I was able to make an informed decsion and visually imagine how the whole project would turn out. Now that the installation is complete I am even happier than I thought I would be. Thank you, Wallmur, for the excellent service, fast responses and beautiful wallpaper!

They are very good to work with and very quick to respond with any questions that you might have.
Unfortunately we had to replace our mural we purchased 2 1/2 years ago from them because of recent damage to our home and they still had our information and original mural still in their files which made the process quick and easy.
Even with an 8 hour time deference (US - Turkey) their email response was above and beyond!

TOTAL SCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!
Placed an order, was sent a proof, responded with request for adjustment, they refused and said it was already approved.
I have documented proof that an adjustment was needed. Company was contacted prior about concern of placement and asked me to followup after order. Order was not approved, but I was threatened and harassed after sharing the information publicly. I recieved email after email after email demanding action.

This review is not just false; it’s deliberately dishonest. We have full documentation showing that the customer approved the design proof before production began. After giving approval, they attempted to request changes to something clearly not allowed as per our terms.
It's disappointing to see someone twist facts and make baseless accusations after their own approval triggered production. We act with full transparency and fairness, and we stand by our service and communication.

First Time Try
The watercolors on the print are nicely done.
I used the cylinder it came in to roll over the product to work out any bubbles. Just a trick I figured out.
I hung the cut outs with painters tape first to get a perspective of space.
I love the look of the finished product. It blends so well.

Déception sur la qualité du papier
Par rapport aux autres choix qualitatifs proposés pour un même motif, le faible grammage de ce papier dit-intissé (150g/m²) prouve bien son coût économique à l'achat. Le grammage des autres papiers vont jusqu'à 360g/m² ! Certes, ils sont "texturés". C'est un facteur qui aurait dû m'interpeller lors de ma commande, j'en conviens. Trop tard !
- Encollage des lés plutôt que les murs: sur Internet, aucun tuto n'évoque cette technique, quelque soit le type de colle (pour intissés) employée. Tous les tutos conseillent d'encoller les murs.
Quant à la qualité graphique, les motifs que vous présentez sont tous merveilleux, photographiés à... 4m de distance.
On ne va pas épiloguer pendant des mois. C'est fait et néanmoins posé.

Nous réaffirmons que le matériau que vous avez reçu est bien un papier intissé, comme indiqué clairement sur la page produit. Ce matériau est utilisé depuis des années par nos milliers de clients sans difficulté. Les instructions d’application fournies tiennent compte du type de colle utilisé et ne remettent aucunement en cause la nature du papier.
Concernant le rendu graphique, celui-ci est conforme aux visuels affichés sur notre site, en haute résolution. Votre retour semble davantage subjectif qu’objectivement fondé.
Nous restons disponibles si vous souhaitez finalement trouver une solution, mais tenons à rappeler que les avis inexactes et non constructifs nuisent à l’expérience globale de notre clientèle.
