I'm not normally one for leaving feedback for items, but I made the mistake of looking at reviews after I bought this item and then I panicked as I seen so many negative reviews for this company. However I have just received the wallet that I ordered, and it's as described, genuine leather and looks exactly as pictured. Also came in the time frame stated, even with Royal Mail strikes happening in between. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Ordered wallet,money left account one email but a photo of tracking order. Go back to website and surprise surprise account disabled and no sign of wallet scam scam scam alert!!!!

Only giving one star to be able to leave a review. This would seem to be an elaborate scam company. Ordered on line but no sign of goods. No response to my emails and telephone not answered. My FIRM recommendation is that you do not buy from this site and I suspect that the positive reviews are phoney

The company won’t reply to me. I feel have been scammed. Most likely through company negligence. The order did not show up as it didn’t pass customs (I received many texted updates from dhl) and it was returned to wallet king. They will not reply to my requests for a refund! It was for my sons birthday and we are very disappointed.

I ordered a wallet on the 10th of December, it has not turned, have tried emailing, have tried phoning, the number is incorrect! I feel I have been scammed to be honest! Only gave it one star so I could leave a review!

I had ordered a credit card holder which I did not like so I wanted to return this (as per policy). This was processed and I was provided an address to post the item to. I payed £8+ and posted the item via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure it reaches safely and quickly. When I tracked the parcel it had left UK and showing it is stuck in customs. I contacted Royal Mail and was advised it is stuck in customs for recipient to pay fee. I contacted WK several times and did not receive satisfactory answer (WHEN they bothered to reply!). Believe it or not it is now nearly 2 months since I'm chasing this without an answer or my refund!!! I have done all that I could i.e. posted the item to address provided, payed posted and sent via secure delivery which has reached destination as well but not going further. Been trying to chase WK and forwarded the email reply from Royal Mail but no answer! I am a returning customer but shocked with the service and certainly will not be returning again. I am very upset, disappointed and frustrated. It will be 2 months soon and still not received my refund!! This is an absolute joke, most poor and disgusting service!!!

I placed an order online on December 13th as the website stated that the 16th was the last date for which orders would be fulfilled for Christmas Day. The confirmation email I received stated the last date was the 12th. I still haven’t received what I ordered and don’t need it now. I WOULD APPRECIATE A FULL REFUND AND YOU CAN CANCEL MY ORDER.

My item didn’t turn up so they sent another one on express delivery. Can’t say better than that ,, thank you Matt and Elaine at wallet king 👏👏

Not even worth 1 star!!!

Made an order on the 2nd December and item hasn't arrived. Send an email asking about my item and they asked me to wait another 3-4 days as still NO ITEM!!!! NOW THE COMPANY WONT EVEN REPLY TO MY EMAIL.

DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY, AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!

Purchased a ladies purse from Walletking’s vintage collection as a gift .. received it today .. quality outstanding , in both design and leather quality / colour . Purchased a wallet previously and no doubt will be back for something else . Elaine keeps you informed of order status and delivery , great customer focus and care

I ordered a wallet for my son for Christmas . I have just received delivery. I was totally amazed by the quality and look of this product. The leather is so soft and an absolutely lovely wallet. It came in a lovely presentation box as well. I am totally over the moon with this purchase. Thank you wallet king

Order placed 18 Aug, estimated delivery 5-10 working days. Contacted them after 12 business days and was asked to wait a bit longer. When it still had not arrived after 26 business days I was given a refund, thank you.

Har forsøgt at afgive ordre to gange, hvor jeg kom hele vejen igennem til og med betaling, men aldrig modtog en ordrebekræftelse. Har forsøgt at ringe, men nummeret eksisterer ikke, og har skrevet mail både via formularen på hjemmesiden og på den direkte mail til deres kundeservice, som virksomheden selv har angivet på trustpilot sidste år.

Order has not arrived, after 13 days - no one will reply to my emails and I've been sent an email asking to review the product which I don't have!

Bought a new wallet from Walletking but nothing has arrived, when you email them about delivery date(s) all you get is an email extending the postage window & general excuses. Ask for details of their courier and shipping reference, no information is ever forthcoming just more fob offs. Will never use them again as they don't seem to be a company I would ever wish to do business with again.

Ordered a wallet thinking it would be posted from the UK because they have a .co.uk web address. Later found out it will be coming from Luxembourg.

Seems to be a lot of companies doing this and Im getting a bit sick of it

Three weeks after order confirmation, no information about delivery yet...
Wrote them and they solved it asap.
sh!t happens... but order is not gonna be what i wished for.

ACCOUNT SAYS THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED - BEFORE CHISTMAS. COMPANY HAVE FAILED TO RESPOND TO MY COMMUNICATIONS.

Second item I've ordered from Walletking. Only wallet I could find on-line which matched my hubby's exacting standards. He wanted one which included a window for his licence and a secure area for small change. It's a beautiful black leather wallet. Lovely design. Also available in a beautiful brown leather. Came with a nice box. He is going to love it!
