Ordered and paid for some samples on 24th March, They have not arrived so I chased and received zero response. Not impressed with their service so guess their products are no good either.

I was appalled to have had to PAY for the sample I requested - a miserable small piece of ugly plastic which, having seen it I was not interested in buying.

nice surprise when the samples came through the post :) they arrived quickly as well.
i love the panels, i ordered the grey brick effect one and it is so realistic.. perfect for what i wanted as easy to install and clean

Will not be using them again!
Wasn’t going to do this as don’t like giving poor reviews but kept getting reminders. Very disappointed with the service I received, or rather, didn’t receive. Two items arrived, which were not what I ordered. The order confirmation didn’t download properly. I alerted them to that effect on a second order the following day but no response. I checked the website and the items I had ordered were not on the website anymore - again no notification to that effect but they supplied a cheaper, less useful alternative. I asked for the two orders to be combined (this they did) to save one of the delivery charges- not had a refund to date.

One of the sales team, Des, went out of his way to check the item was in stock, and then helped me buy the item and let me collect it, as we needed it in a hurry. Excellent customer service !
