I’m so disappointed in myself for not reading these reviews. Well, I’m along with everyone else that gave one star the shoes are crappy. They made very cheaply now I’m trying to get a refund went through the email address gave them my order number. No response does not surprise me. It’s not quick and easy like they say and they’re not getting back to me. I will keep trying. I’m pretty persistent, but please read all these one stars I like to have given them a zero do not purchase.This Company is CHINA.

I just received my order (delivery took AGES) and the shoes are not AT ALL as advertised.

First of all, they aren’t leather—they’re some sort of hard cheap vinyl/plastic-y material, second of all, they aren’t a true size 40 and are much too small (my toes stick out over the edge); lastly, the color yellow is more of a neon yellow vs. the color shown on the website. I feel very much like this was a bait and switch--sadly seems to be quite common with shoes and clothing advertised only on Instagram.

Now I am informed that, even though the shoes were not at all as advertised, I have to pay for the cost of returning the shoes! Needless to say, I will never order from this company again. Sure wish I'd read the reviews here first!

The company is a shell. They are not US based and you cannot return shoes. The shoes are not as advertised. Completely false advertising. DONT order. I have disputed the charge with my CC company after waiting 3 weeks for shoes sent in wrong size, that they refuse to refund.

This company and their shoes are a complete SCAM. The shoes I received were of poor quality and way too small. The company did offer a 10% refund and I could keep the shoes. What a DEAL!!! Here is their response to my request for refund:

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! The information on the website regarding their return policy is false. When the boots finally arrived they were cheap and uncomfortable. I emailed them to start the return, they said the product comes from overseas and its too expensive to send back. They offered me a discount, I refused. Another discount, another refusal. They have ghosted me. Now I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company. A show company that doesn't really do returns?!? Never buy from them!

After waiting 21 days for the product to arrive, I received the package, but the size they sent me wasn't the one I ordered (I ordered an 8.5 and received a 6.5). I filed a complaint, and the solutions are: 1) pay €9.95 for shipping the correct size, or 2) get a 10% refund. What?! I hope I get the right shoes this time; otherwise, I'll have to pay again. What guarantees can a store offer if you have to pay when they make a mistake?

The shoes are not orthopedic. The shoes are hard as can be no inside arch support. They are over priced.The same shoes are sold on TEMU and Amazon as regular shoes not orthopedic. The company is a fraud. I requested a refund and they refused to refund any of the money back. They kept giving me the run arounds. I have email communication as proof.

De toute manière je crois avoir compris maintenant (en lisant… trop tard… les autres avis) que c’est une société basée en Chine, sans doute pas d’adresse de retour en France, donc retour impossible. J’ai perdu mon argent.
Bref à éviter absolument. Un attrape nigaud de plus.

Typical made in china cheap garbage. Poor quality materials, poor workmanship. Sketchy company all around. Dishonest refund policy. BUYER BEWARE.

Buyer beware! I wish I would’ve read reviews before ordering. After a long shipping period (from China), I received my order and was very disappointed in the quality of the shoes (3 pairs of wedge heeled sandals). The straps are so loose that none of the shoes stay on my feet when I walk. There is virtually no cushion, which is surprising because these are supposed to be comfortable shoes, and the straps are just glued on underneath of a thin plastic sole. The shoes have a very “arts and crafts” homemade look. In the shoes with the chunky soles and the ankle strap, the strap doesn’t even buckle, it just looks like a buckle, but has a hook instead. I’ve never seen anything like this. Additionally, the company claims to be U.S.-based, but the shoes came directly from China. I sent an email about this and have not gotten a response yet. However, they say that they respond within 12 hours. I don’t know how they are still in business.

Do not order. This place is a scam. They send you something you didnt order and try and charge you $40 to send it back.

I bought a pair of really bad quality shoes from Walkourpath a fraudulent shoe store, nothing in their products advertisement is real “china counterfeit product”they taking the money from a lot of people and they need to pay the money back to customers!!

Buyer Beware!! Phone number is NOT a working number. Instagram is not a working link. Should have clicked those first. You can only email them.

Company sent me the wrong size shoes. If I wanted to return, they told me I had to pay to ship them back?? Overseas?? which could cost roughly $40, though US address is listed on site. It was their error. I shouldn't have to pay anything.

60 day money back guarantee is indicated on their site. They offered me 10% ($7.95?? instead of the full refund $79.95), then 15% then 20% final offer and keep the large shoes I can't wear.

Horrible experience.

This is a SCAM company. They are not US based. These are cheap shoes from China. They are not Ortho-anything. Don't fall for their trick. If so, have fun trying to return them! They will charge you to ship them back to China. Also, the phone number doesn't work.

I only selected 1-star because it was the lowest that I could give. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR AT ALL COST ... They are as crooked as the leaning tower of pisa. Very unethical people and scammers. I ordered a size 11 men shoes and they sent me a pair 2 sizes smaller and when I asked for my money back they offered me 10% of my money back. When I proceeded to email them back they increased the amount but will never agree to return your full amount back although this is their fault, they expect you to eat the cost for their incompetence. I have immediately opened a case with mt credit card provider who is investigating and have issued me a temporary credit until the case is resolved. To add insult to injury, the product took weeks before getting here to the United States at which point this had something to do with the item being shipped from China. WARN ALL YOUR FRIENDS TO STAY AWAY!!

It took over two weeks to ship from china and they were way too small and returning them to china isn’t even worth it.

I ordered three pair of shoes. They didn’t fit. They were not made well. I contacted them about returning. They told me their warehouse was overseas and they would be happy to give me 10% of my money back otherwise it would take months to get money back and I would have to pay 35 to 40 dollars to send back. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

The boots i bought are actually comfortable enough to wear all day without breaking them in.

Return policy needs to be more quick otherwise the prices were under my pay grade.
